Programmdetails

Oliver has his workshop at the house. He is French and trained many years ago in Charcuterie. Over the years he started products made from the Wild like different seaweed and other plants growing at the seashore. But his true love started growing up with Salamis. By now he has a wide range, here is an opportunity to learn from him and his crafts. In his free time he is renovating on the old farmhouse where he really needs a hand. We use eco friendly materials like hemp plaster etc... Again this work is fun in a bigger group. I'm German and a trained cheese maker and can teach my skills if there is an interest. I also run A little Gallery and have my studio in the same space where I create upcycled clothing and in my free time grow our food in the garden where I would need help.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

In Spring, summer and Autumn there is a lot of garden work most weekends renovation on our neighbor's house. Summertime is also used, on hot days, to enjoy the beach and the mountains and everything you can do with those.
Working times in the day would be max 5 hours. But sometimes less and sometimes more depending on weather and project.
Cooking for us time to time.

Regeln

House work cleaning kitchen and bathroom is done by all of us. We appreciate limited use of mobile phone and laptop during working time and love, sometimes, in the evening a bit of getting together.
