This position is perfect for a social butterfly who doesn't mind staying up for the sun! The work doesn't feel like work as you are almost always doing something fun. Everything from winging it in the kitchen, to herding guests to and from the bars and day activities to folding laundry on a night in, this position calls for a positive, energetic and compassionate individual. Management is strong and your peers will become that of a family. I strongly recommend this position for anyone wanting to create long lasting memories!!

I absolutely loved my time at Onefam! I've met so many incredible people from around the world and everyone is so welcoming. The hostel is super social and feeling alone is definitely not an option. I got to explore Barcelona whilst forming the best friendships. Sofia is an awesome manager and I loved the team I got to volunteer with. I'd 100% recommend this experience and I will for sure be back!

Had the time of my life at OneFam Paralelo! You are gonna love it if you are social ready for some fun :) The hostel is great and so is the volunteers' flat, which is located very close to the hostel. Already miss it and can't wait to be back

Onefam Ramblas i love you, you became my family <3 l had such an amazing time there and think about doing it once again very often! It is intense and you need a lot of energy for sure but it's all so worth it, at the end amount of shifts is reasonable and the shifts can be super exciting, as well as you can always speak to your manager in case you you want some specific shifts/days off. Here goes shout out to Sofia(best ever manager from Ramblas) I already miss my Onefam🧡

Shout out to Sofia! She's the best manager ever always made me feel at home. Being part of Onefam is truly one of a kind experience. We are a family. I had the best month doing party shifts, tours and even night shifts hahaha. I'm so thankful for the beautiful friendships I made and memories that will remain with me forever. Thanks Onefam 🧡

Onefam Ramblas i love you <3 I had such an amazing time there and will think back to my month there very often. If you consider going - GO! The staff & volunteers were so nice & fun. It is intense and you need a lot of energy for sure but it's all so worth it. Can't wait to visit them again♥️

I could not have asked for a better first volunteering experience! I am so grateful for the time spent working with such a welcoming, understanding, and fun team. The amount of work is reasonable and the shifts can be super exciting. I will hold onto my Onefam memories dearly for the rest of my life and remember all the amazing people I met along the way. I hope to visit Paralelo again one day soon 💖

It's been a week since I left my paralelo fam and all i can say is I'm still sad and trying to get my EU citizenship to move out there!! It was such an amazing experience & I'm so happy to have met every single person because they made my experience absolutely amazing. I made forever friendships and family with everyone there and I made so many core memories within my month of volunteering there. I would recommend working for onefam especially Paralelo to anyone & everyone because you will truly find a family and feel so comfortable and never want to leave! I miss it so much already :')

Hostel Onefam was amazing! If you have a high social battery and love to party this is the place for you! The jobs and hours are very easy, and my manager Isabella was great with accommodating time off when you need it. The best part by far are the other volunteers. I loved everyone I worked with and have made some great friendships:)

Onefam was my first voluntering experience and I absoluuuuutely loved it! You have a lot of variation in the tasks you do and still have free time to explore the city, have a beach day,... The name Onefam is not just a name, we really felt like a fam 💖 Onefam will forever have a place in my heart!
