We live and work in a certified organic farm. We work with biodynamic agriculture as well as food forest. We also work with bees, chickens and shiitake We have multiples tasks that goes from farming, taking care of the mushrooms and the bees as well as constructions with earth and taking care of the home we live. The chickens are also part of your organism, we must take care of then every day. We are situated in the beautiful mountains of mantiqu

Programmdetails

We work with the shiitake everyday. The must be harvested everyday and a few days a week there are other tasks to do with them. Besides that there is the garden and the food forest do take care and the bees (which are a more seasonal work). We decide the tasks of the week according to the different needs of the farm an the different seasons of the year.
