It was my first volunteering experience and I don't think I could have chosen a better place! I felt at home very quickly, I developed social skills I didn't even know I had, I danced, I smiled, I cried, I got sick, I dreamed... I felt alive! All the people, whether guests, staff or other volunteers, are incredible and, believe me, you'll find a family here. Also, a highlight for Loreen who was an incredible host and super understanding as I was working too. Finally, sentirei saudade, and thank you for the love and kindness I've received (and a special hug for Luck).

Este foi meu primeiro voluntariado e tenho certeza de que não poderia ter sido MELHOR! O Hostal é incrível, todos os funcionários fixos são muito cordiais, tudo o que havia sido acordado previamente com a Loreen foi cumprido e tive a oportunidade de conhecer pessoas do mundo inteiro e muitas delas tenho certeza que levarei pra minha vida. SUPER RECOMENDO!

Minha experiência foi incrível, a anfitriã é muito simpática, organizada e muito respeitosa. A cama é super confortável. O hostel é perto do metrô o que torna a locomoção bem fácil. O café da manhã é muito bom e podemos comer a vontade.

O lugar é incrível, bem localizado, as camas muito confortáveis, o café da manhã é ótimo! A Loreen é super gentil e está sempre disposta a nos ouvir. Experiência perfeita para conhecer Santiago e muitos viajantes. Super recomendo!

Foi muito gratificante voluntariar no hostel, é um hostel com uma pegada mais tranquila, mas ao mesmo tempo tem bastante parcerias de eventos. Tem tudo que a gente precisa, a estrutura é bem boa, acho que poderia melhorar somente o quarto dos voluntários. A localização também é muito boa, pertinho de tudo, a equipe e a anfitriã são acessíveis, simpáticos e flexíveis. Me gusta mucho jajaj recomendo!

El voluntariado en el hostel fue increíble, tuve una experiencia totalmente distinta, muy linda, me sentí muy cómodo con mi compañero y huéspedes no tuve problema con nada. Agradezco a mis compañeros, huéspedes, Loreen, por hacerme sentir parte de ese Hermoso Hostal!!

O Hostal é limpo, organizado e a não depende dos voluntarios para seu funcionamento básico. O voluntario desenvolve funções de apoio a equipe profissional e aos hospedes. E recebe hospedagem com café da manhã e as demais vantagens propostas aqui na app.

Volunteering in the hostel was such a great experience. Both the host and the other volunteers received me very kind and friendly. The most valuable thing I get from this experience is getting to know all the people I met. Being on the morning shift on breakfast allowed me to meet lovely people and make many friends all over the world. Thanks you so much for this wonderful experience. I highly recommend you to be a volunteer here. :)

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue la mejor que podría tener como mi primer voluntariado! Todos son muy amables y siempre disponibles! Seguramente voy a extrañar mis días en el hostel y con los amigos que hice ahí. Un abrazo a Loreen y todos del staff (Tamrat, Gustavo, Vanessa, Domi y demás)! :)

I volunteered at the hostel for 1 month. It has great volunteer accommodation (bunk beds, very large room, cleaned, mirror with power sockets, many locked box cupboards and with a large desk). There is also a private bathroom with a shower too for volunteers. The staff have always been kind and helpful especially the recptionists xx the work is fair and organised. The hostal is very professional and has spaces for accommodating that. The boss (Loreen) is always a text away and replies very quickly to any situation with resolve. I would most definitely volunteer here again in a heartbeat! 🩷
