Dwell is a co-living and co-working located in Fenais da Luz, a quiet village on Sao Miguel Island (Azores, Portugal). Our guests are remote workers.

We need someone who is a SOCIAL LEADER, open, loves spending time with others, experience in arranging activities and loves helping others come out of their shell and connect. If that's you, contact us.

20 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Party-Promoter: Hilfe bei der Organisation und Promotion von Partys und sozialen Aktivitäten.

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Was Sie bekommen

2 freie Tage pro Woche

Privatzimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem privaten Zimmer. Mit anderen Worten, ein Zimmer nur für dich.

Anforderungen

What you will receive:

- Accommodation in loft or team dorm (depending on availability)
- An amazing opportunity to interact and grow with the digital nomad community in the Azores

- All amenities guests of Dwell have access to (including free simple breakfast, co-working, private office space to work from, and calling booths)

Aktivitäten & Schichten

What's expected

- Socializing, meeting new people and chatting
- Organizing outdoor activities (diving, hiking, surfing, kayaking, going to the farmers’ markets, etc.)
- Making people smile with indoor activities (BBQ, family dinners, drinks, movie and game nights, etc.)
- Daily maintaining all spaces cleanliness in between our twice per week contracted cleaning ( must have good attention to detail)
- Occasionally doing laundry or preparing rooms for guests.
- Helping guests with check-in
- Making sure house and kitchen supplies are available (cereals, milk, fruits, coffee, washing liquid, etc.)
- Social media, posting stories each day and additional weekly posts
-Hosting simple events 3x weekly (for example: family dinner, bbq, a hike, movie night)

Regeln

It's not for You if:

- You don’t like nature and living in a humid climate
- You aren't willing to make friends with a cockroach or centipede
- You don’t like socializing and are not willing to contribute to the community, or are uncomfortable being a group leader.
-You are in desperate emotional state and are incapable of taking care of co-livers needs
- You don’t like sharing spaces with people
- You don’t like people who are different than you
- You don’t have a driving valid drivers license
- You can’t communicate in English
