Beginning can be quite weird since you're new and still getting used to but trust me just gogogogogo for it. You'll definitely have the time of your life because these people are amazing and pretty good at partying! Talk, act and don't think much about it, be a cool person at all times and everyone will be cool to you! Truly a place to come back <3

I had a great time at urban the hostel. It was my first volunteering experience and it was absolutely amazing there. Living together with the other volunteers made it feel like family and the vibe was great. The work we had to do was well communicated and explained. Besides the working hours you have to to some other simple tasks like food shopping or leading activities, which didnt really feel like work. Its a great chance to meet travellers from all over the world and connect with them. I will definitely come back :)

My experience at the hostel was AMAZING. I had the chance to meet wonderful people and become part of this elephant family 🐘 Working on social media for the hostel was fantastic; I was able to take part in daily activities and evening events while creating a digital memory. Dear managers, feel free to mention any potential needs and/or constraints when the new Social Manager arrives in order to optimize the work. Thank you again! And for the last time : “SOOOOO!!!”

Volunteering at the Wild Elephant Hostel has been an amazing experience! As my first time volunteering in a hostel I didn't know what to expect but there I had the opportunity to meet crazy people from all over the world and to enjoy every day's parties and afternoon activities. Gymmi and Jaime have been perfect managers and I will miss for sure all the staff's members. I suggest this experience to everyone who want to try Bratislava hostel and to have a break from her-his work or studying just to have fun!

What the fuck guys! Surreal experience and i fucking loved It. If you want to party, meet new people and become party of a big family this Is the exact place for you. I left a little piece of heart in this Hostel!

This was my first volunteer experience and I couldn't ask for anything better. reconstruction is the perfect job for a creative person who wants to express themselves through painting. I was welcomed from the first moment, the staff and other volunteers are friendly and kind and the environment is very relaxed and multicultural. It's the perfect experience to have fun through the hostel's activities, meet new and different people every day, practice English and other languages ​​with the hosts. The city is pretty and not very big but in my free time I recommend Danubiana and Devin Castle.

I was very anti-social before I arrived at the hostel,shaking just thinking about what to do. I would be terrified to start a conversation or to just sit around a group of people. I never thought I could be the person they all have showed me I am. All of them have changed my life for the better and for that i'm forever grateful! But do be warned there is a lot of drinking. It is more than you can imagine. There is something happening every single day, great daily activities and intense night one. It is an amazing place to force your self to be social.

I loved my time at wild elephant! It's the most social hostel I've ever been to, you get to meet tons of people from all around the world and have a lot of fun. All the volunteers were amazing and it's a truly great team. The work is not too hard but you do have to stay extra time at the hostel for meetings and activities. It's a pretty intense experience but if you like to party I would 100% recommend it!

Fue mi primera experiencia con Worldpackers y solo puedo decir que fue mil veces mejor de lo que imaginaba. El ambiente que se genera es muy lindo, lo que hace fácil conocer gente y hacer nuevos amigos. Es ideal si te gusta socializar y salir de fiesta. Lo único que podrían mejorar son las habitaciones (les falta luz natural y ventilación) y el horario de las reuniones (ya que te corta un poco la tarde). El resto de la experiencia fue increíble, volvería y lo recomiendo a todo voluntario que busque trabajar en un party hostel.
