I had a lovely experience volunteering at the hostel! Barichara is an adorable town with so much to do including exploring the numerous artesian workshops and getting into nature. the hostel is cute hostel with a homey feel. Camilo welcomed me and he and I had some lovely conversations together. Working with him and Natalia was easy and communication was always clear. I helped serve breakfast, welcome guests and check them in, and maintain the general order of the hostel. I definitely recommend this volunteer opportunity! Gracias Camilo!

El hostel es un lugar super tranquilo, con Camilo que te trata desde el primer momento como si te conociera de toda la vida, me sentí super cómodo con tareas super fáciles y un pueblo hermoso con mucha cultura, historia y habitantes super cálidos. Es un voluntariado muy recomendable y espero volver en algún momento .

I learned many things and skills, and had the chance to meet locals as well as travelers, as well as participate in activities in this beautiful city. Camilo, es muy amigable y amable con todas las personas que llegan al hostal. Esto permite que tengas una estancia apacible y te lleves una increíble experiencia. Personalmente fui en temporada baja y las tareas fueron sencillas así que intente ayudar lo más que pude. Camilo fue comprensible sobre esto. Lo recomiendo totalmente, además de que Barichara es el más bonito de Colombia. Vale la pena conocer sus alrededores.

It was my first volunteer experience and Camilo and Natalia made it incredible. They are caring, flexible with dates and tasks. It is really easy to talk to Camilo, he always recommends you things to do and not just in Barichara but in other parts of Colombia as well. I'm really glad that I got to have this beautiful experience.

Estoy convencido de que no podría haber encontrado una mejor estadía como voluntario. Una experiencia muy enriquecedora. Me sentí como en casa desde mi llegada. Las tareas son fáciles y los horarios flexibles. Sin duda, te deja mucho tiempo para explorar la hermosa Barichara, un lugar muy especial con mucho que conocer. The hostel is THE place where you want to volunteer! Camilo, the host, and the staff are amazing and make you feel at home. He cares about travellers and he knows what they need because he is a traveller too! I would also recommend to anyone this experience because Barichara is a special town where you can learn a lot about art, culture and nature. It's a very nice spot if you want to visit the region of Santander.

Una experiencia que me llevo en el corazón! Camilo es una persona encantadora, súper generoso, siempre dispuesto a ayudar a los huéspedes y al voluntario. Las tareas son sencillas, te necesitarán en el hostal durante los desayunos y las tareas de limpieza. En algunos momentos también harás check in y check out a los huéspedes. La comunicación con Camilo es excelente así que todo serán facilidades. El resto es disfrutar de Barichara y esa es la mejor parte! Este lugar es mágico, nada de lo que pudiese describir se acercaría a la realidad de Barichara. Sin duda, vendré de nuevo ❤️
