I really enjoyed my time in the guest house, Portugal! Even though it was the low tourist season, I had a great experience staying at Miguel's guesthouse. The place is calm and relaxing, and there are many beautiful spots to visit around the area. The tasks were simple and easy to complete, and Miguel was always kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a peaceful stay by the coast!

La experiencia en la casa fue muy buena. Me pude conectar con el lugar y las personas. Me sirvió mucho como práctica meditativa. Tanto las labores dentro de la casa como el lugar mismo. Recomiendo esta experiencia si quieres estar tranquilo. Miguel es muy simpático y fue muy fácil entender las labores a realizar. Esta fue mi primera experiencia y quedó muy contenta con el resultado. Me gustó estar aqui, es un lugar super tranquilo, la casa es super linda, es perfecta para descansar a 5 minutos de la playa, tambien me gustó compartir con virgilio, susa y cata.

All the experience was positive. The place is amazing and the beach is great, the work is light and Miguel is a great host. If you search a place to spend few weeks in calm place and enjoy ocean and beach that's for you. Really glad for all the time spent there.

Mi expérience, además como primer voluntariado, fue sinceramente muy bien. Miguel es un hombre muy agradable, que busco hacerme sentir bien desde el primer momento. Las tareas son realmente sencillas, lo único que a veces Miguel no era totalmente claro en lo que esperaba que hiciese y yo no conocía que detallado debía ser mi trabajo. Quitando eso, el resto fenomenal, Miguel me ayudo varios días y fue muy flexible. El hostel está muy chulo, la piscina es una maravilla, y la casa, así como sus playas, es hermoso. Disfrute de tranquilidad, aprovechando a aprender a hacer surf en mi tiempo libre.

A wonderful experience for anyone looking to spend some time in a charming town by the ocean. The tasks are light and not demanding, and Miguel is very kind and helpful. I would recommend staying for about two weeks it's the perfect amount of time to enjoy everything without it becoming repetitive.

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I'm really grateful to Miguel for making it happen in such a beautiful place. the the guest house is right by the ocean, the beach was rarely crowded, and I got to enjoy amazing sunsets and improve my surfing. Miguel is a chill and kind host with a very cute dog. My tasks included housekeeping, preparing rooms, light cleaning, and a bit of gardening. The hours were fair, and I had plenty of free time. Overall, I'm really happy with this experience!

This was my first time volunteering through Worldpackers, and it was a fantastic experience. Miguel and everyone at the homestay were so warm and welcoming—I felt at home right away. The work was always fair and never overwhelming, which made it easy to enjoy the experience. The town is quite small, which might not suit everyone, but I used the quiet time to read, relax, and reflect. Overall, I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and meaningful volunteer opportunity.

It was really nice. Miguel was really nice and helped us with everything. The work wasn't difficult and the house is in a really beautiful place. It was a great volunteer experience. I definitely recommend it.

All in all my experience was good. The place is amazing, the pool is very cool, I met a lot of beautiful people and the work was light. I had a lot of free time to explore the area. In the end Miguel was great, but I have to say that at first he wasn't really welcoming and he was also not very nice some days. I think the reason is that they were just rough and full days for the house but I feel like I have to underline that.
