This was my first experience as a volunteer and it couldn't have been better. Renato and his entire team are amazing! The work is exactly as agreed, the only negative point is that the deposit with cleaning materials is only in the basement and the hostel has several floors which makes the work a little tiring. But I met a lot of nice people, I practiced English and I'm very happy with this experience.

I loved volunteering at the hostel, I had so many good experiences! I had the English immersion and everyone was kind to me! 100% recommended! 🌟💜 -My room was super comfortable and spacious, with a big window and heating; -Tasks are organized and schedules and days off are always respected; -The hostel staff was always helpful and willing to answer any questions; -It is very well located, with public transport, markets, and beautiful parks, it is a great neighborhood; -Volunteers have the option of making a market food purchase of £16 per week which is paid for by the hostel.

Was originally only planning on staying for a month but I ended up working in reception for 3 months. It was great - the room is good, work hours are respected and the staff is lovely :)

It was nice my experience here, especially because the tasks were really easy going and you have a lot of free time to explore the city. The room is comfortable, the kitchen is fine. The neighborhood is calm and there's 2 underground lines like 15 min away walking. I liked the time I spend here!

It was a great experience. The volunteer's room is nice (just 3 people) and you can have access to the kitchen to cook your own meal, which it's great because London is very expensive. They provide you 16 pounds per week for food (it's look not too much, but in Aldi, the supermarket you take the food, is very cheap, so you can buy a lot of food for you with this amount). It suppose to be 4 hours a day of work, but you can finish early almost every time. I think the hours of work is fair and the place is nice. The area is great, near to Camden Town also near to the underground. I recommend

Muito boa experiência em the hostel eu fui bem recebida pela equipe e voluntários a região que o hostel está é muito tranquilo e bem perto de duas linhas de metrô que te da acesso rápido ao centro … um quarto muito confortável e acolhedor me senti muito bem no tempo que estive lá. O trabalho não é difícil mas tem muitos lances de escadas para subir então tem que ter muita disposição até se adaptar. Pela manhã tem um silêncio tão bom é só se ouve os passarinhos cantando. Foi um tempo muito bom eu realmente me senti bem espero voltar um dia. Eu recomendo a experiência em the hostel.

Foi uma das melhores experiências que tive. A equipe o hostel me recebeu e tratou muito bem, não tenho palavras para expressar o quanto fui feliz neste lugar. As horas de trabalho e as atividades são bastante tranquilas e conforme combinado. Eu realmente recomendo muito essa experiência. Um grande abraço para toda a equipe. Foi meu primeiro voluntariado em um Hostel e me senti muito acolhido, Thalya, Renato, Linda e equipe sempre preocupados com nossa estadia. Todos muito acolhedores e amáveis. O trabalho é muito tranquilo de realizar, o horário e cumprido e podemos aproveitar bastante o dia, os quartos são quentinhos e o Hostel tem uma boa localização, perto de pontos de ônibus, metrô e de alguns parques, foi uma experiência que levo no coração porque Londres é lindo, além de ter feito alguns amigos, conheci lugares diferentes e aproveitei ao máximo o voluntário.

I thought I would find a more hostel-ish vibe, it is more a guest house with students and locals living here so it does not have the hostel ambience. Volunteers are cool and my dorm was comfy and well lit. Keep in mind kitchens don't have much and you might have to get your own pots/pan if you cook a lot (I didn't) . The place is in Camden so the area is super nice and you have parks (nature) in walking distance. Underground and bus stations are super close as well. Renato and all the staff were always super nice, helpful and flexible. Forever grateful 😇

Estoy muy agradecida con mi tiempo en el hostel. El equipo y los managers fueron increíbles. Las horas de trabajo y las actividades se respetaron y en general tuve una excelente experiencia. Lo recomiendo.
