Programmdetails

Las actividades que hacen los voluntarios van desde atención al huésped, pub crawl, drinking games, hostess , etc son distintas y variadas.

Trabajan de 5 horas por día con un día de descanso a la semana. Esto depende del volumen de huéspedes y/o trabajo, así como de la cantidad de voluntarios que tengamos en ese momento.

A cambio de su trabajo se les ofrece: Estancia en un dormitorio compartido y desayuno.

Regeln

1.- El intercambio incluye únicamente estancia+desayuno a cambio de apoyo en Guest Experience y resutaurante en un horario rolado el cual puede variar según las necesidades del Hostal.
2.- No relacionarse de manera romántica ni amorosa con huéspedes o staff, no mostrar ningún tipo de afecto más allá de la amistad dentro de las instalaciones durante la estancia ni horario laboral.
3.- El objetivo principal es la incentivación de convivencia, venta y difusión de los productos ofrecidos
4.- Prohibido ingresar con alimentos y bebidas ajenas al restaurante y a la habitación.
5.- Estrictamente prohibido ingresar a habitaciones ajenas a la asignada, así como ingresar con visitas al cuarto correspondiente.
6.- El trato con el huésped y con los colaboradores de Casa Pepe siempre con respeto manteniendo relación profesional esté dentro o fuera de horario laboral.
