Follow up our cultural & social experiences, strolls and day trips around Milan. Help organize, promote, and of course having a lot of fun.

Host our activities in the evening: organize games nights, aperitivos and karaoke! Besides being part of the activities, welcome people, break the ice and make sure everyone feels included.

Your will help guests connect with each other. You're not just part of the event, you are the atmosphere!

If you’re someone who loves connecting with travelers from all around the world and wants to have unforgettable experiences like a local, this role is for you. You need to love people, enjoy social moments, and not be shy. If you're someone who enjoys a party, can hold a conversation with anyone, and thrives in group settings, you'll fit right in.

You’ll support our cultural and social experiences: from design strolls and day trips to games nights and karaoke. Your job is to help organize, promote, and, most importantly, join in to keep the energy high and the connections flowing.

We expect you to:
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and social atmosphere where guests feel at home.
- Stay constantly in contact with our guests (chatting, inviting, involving).
- Be proactive: approach guests, invite them to join our activities, and break the ice.
- Be organized and reliable to ensure each activity happens as planned.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Welcome guests at our Hostel and Bar.
Participate in evening events like Karaoke, International aperitivos, parties and games nights. Participate in daytime activities like our city strolls or day trips.
Break the ice and make sure everyone feels included and connected.

Regeln

- It's not allowed to bring people from outside the hostel to sleep over in the dormitory.
