My experience at the hostel was amazing, all the people working there are great! I'm going to miss them! ❤️ I loved working at the bar with Niko and the rest of the team. Fridays and Saturdays are very busy days at the bar but I consider it to be in line with everything that the hostel provides to its volunteers (accommodation, breakfast, bread, eggs, pasta and tomato sauce, etc.. even discounts at the bar if you pay in cash at the end of your stay). I really enjoyed this month a lot! Thanks for everything Rafa and Cami ❤️

Agradezco mucho el haber sido parte de esta experiencia,el hostel y su equipo son buenas personas,desde managers,oficina,recepción y voluntarios. Me voy muy feliz de haber sido parte de esta experiencia y sobre el voluntariado,es verdad que las horas de trabajo son bastantes pero creo vale la pena,por lo que te dan en cambio,igualmente aún con estas horas de trabajo,en tus días de descanso puedes viajar.lo único que me gustaría agregar sería poder mejorar la comunicación entre el equipo y voluntarios De ahí en fuera,el hostel es una gran experiencia para conocer Italia!

Absolutely horrible experience. The host ignored me completely , no welcome, no schedule, zero communication. I was shoved into a disgusting, insect-infested food storage room on my first day with dangerous chemicals instead of doing reception work. The whole place is a toxic nightmare, full of gossip and disrespect. The host acts professional only online but is rude and controlling in person. If u value ur time and sanity, avoid this place at all costs! If u respect yourself, your privacy, and ur boundaries, and u bring good energy, this place will crush u and leave you feeling worthless!

My experience at the hostel was really special. It was really amazing seeing the team putting in an effort to create a good atmosphere for everyone. Even if there were shits or tasks that were NOT clearly communicated the regular shifts were great and you never had to work alone. In general everyone was really kindhearted and openminded. I met lots of amazing travelers from all over the world and lived with the sweetest group of volunteers. <3 I also loved the city and I'm gonna miss everyone & everything a lot. Special thanks to the sweetest staff: Raian, Larissa, Rasool, Juliyan, Giacomo, Amin.

The hostel was my first experience for Worldpackers and it was amazing! Everyone is very welcoming and the hours are great for being able to help out while still getting to go and explore the city on your own time. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and would highly recommend it to other worldpackers.

I had a really great experience at the hostel! the team is simply amazing- super sweet and welcoming. From the very first moment, i felt at home, and over time, it really starts to feel like a family. Its a great place for someone who is just starting since the tasks are easy to learn and the schedules are well defined. there were some issues in Communication that could be improved, but overall it didnt affect our experience that much. the volunteers have their own space apart from the hostel area, which helps separate work and free time. I loved my time there, thank you and ill miss you all<3

I stayed for two months and worked in the bar at night. So i had enough time to travel around and I really enjoyed Milan and the nature around the city. Every single person at the hostel was friendly to me. At the beginning of the year the hostel went through a lot of changes and had some communication problems in the team, which affected the atmosphere. Anyway, the guests and the events were lovely and I improved my skills. I made a lot of special memories and I'm grateful for that time.

The hostel was my first ever experience in the Volunteering World. All tasks and responsibilities are explained well by other volunteers or staff members. I was extremely lucky with my group of other volunteers, I had a wonderful experience connecting to the people and making sure I do my job well. The appartament of the volunteers is pretty decent, except for some small reparations that weren't fixed after asking one time. The atmosphere with the other volunteers and staff was very great. I would recommend this place to someone who is really outgoing and likes to be with people.

I am grateful to the hostel because volunteering allowed me to live in Milan and meet incredible people who will always be in my heart ♥️ As for volunteering, the agreement was fulfilled well. I recommend this experience to someone who likes to socialize, go out to party/shop and the big city. If you like things like nature or spending time alone, I think it's better for you to look for another volunteering opportunity. In conclusion, living here taught me a lot and I will always be grateful to everyone for that 🤍In the hostel everything will depend on the perspective that you give to each situation.

My experience as a volunteer at the hostel was amazing! The work was as discussed and everything about the schedules was well communicated. The staff and other volunteers were friendly and I was made to feel welcome from the first moment I stepped into the hostel. I'll definitely never forget my time at Milan, this hostel has such a fun and supportive community and I'm so grateful I got to be a part of it. I cherish all the friends, new skills and memories I got to make while there :)
