We are looking for high energy, fun people that are fast learners and like to make people feel at home in the hostel.
We want you to help tourists make the most of their stay whilst here.
You will also get to learn how to use a hostel management system.
Come and collaborate in a fun group, getting things done whilst having fun!

25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche
Social Media: Betreue und aktualisiere Social-Media-Kanäle.
Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.
Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.
Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Fließend Spanisch oder Anfänger Englisch

Programmdetails
You are responsible for covering 5 shifts of 5 hours. We have a meeting at the start and middle of every month to pick shift and talk about whats coming up. Talk about any problems or concerns. also we try to go on a staff excursion once a week and long with a group luck paid for by the hostel.
Aktivitäten & Schichten
Daily Activities include, answering the phone, doing checkins with hostel management system, Instagram and answering emails. In down time you will be managing the laundry room and stocking sheets and towels. Also in the reception there is a kiosk with beverages and snacks.
Regeln
You are responsible for getting to shift on time and communicate any problems in advance to one of the supervisors. Always make sure that what you are doing is safe and ask questions if you have doubts
