Hi there! I'm Ale, an italian guy in my early 30's, that decided to open a Hostel in the beautiful Island of La Palma after some years of travelling/ living around the world and having experiences as volunteers in different kind of projects.
In our team we are hardworking and put our heart and soul in this project, we are the kind of person that when we do something we like to do it well, and we expect the same from our future volunteers :)

Verwaltung: Hilf bei Buchungssystemen und Zahlungen.

Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Was Sie bekommen

3 freie Tage pro Woche

Team dorm: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Personen teilst.

Kostenlose Wäsche: Du kannst unseren Waschraum frei nutzen.

Welcome to our hostel!

We opened our doors in February 2019 and we’re proud to offer a cozy, friendly space for up to 28 guests. You’ll find spacious dorms, spotless bathrooms, and inviting common areas where you can relax or connect with fellow travelers — from our small library and two charming patios to our main living and dining room. We also have a fully equipped kitchen for guests and helpers to share meals, and a few musical instruments around for anyone who wants to jam or unwind with music.

We’re right in the heart of Los Llanos de Aridane — just steps away from bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the main bus station, making it easy to explore all the hidden treasures the island has to offer.

We’re always looking for enthusiastic helpers from around the world to join our team! We usually work as a small crew of four (two girls and two boys) and we’d love for you to be part of it.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

For now, we need help with some light daily tasks such as tidying up and cleaning (mainly laundry and the kitchen), socializing with our guests, and a few reception duties like check-ins and check-outs. You’ll also help open and close the common areas, take care of the plants, and handle small maintenance tasks when needed.

We love when our helpers bring fresh ideas — so if you’d like to organize activities like a Friday Sangria Night, a group dinner, or a hike in the mountains, go for it! We expect our volunteers to be an active and cheerful part of the hostel experience.

It’s very important for us that you have an active, positive, and sunny attitude!

📅 Shifts are about 4–5 hours per day, with 2–3 days off each week.
🍽️ We also offer pocket money to cover your basic food expenses.

Regeln

A few house rules for guests and volunteers:

• 🚭 No smoking inside the hostel or on the patios. If you’d like to smoke, please do so at least 5 meters away from the entrance.
• 🚫 No outside visitors are allowed inside the hostel. Only registered guests and volunteers can stay.
• 🕚 Common areas like the kitchen and lounge are open until 11:00 PM.
