I really enjoyed my time atthe Center, the place is magical surrounded by nature. I felt welcomed from the beginning and part of the community. You can pratice meditation every morning if you want and participate to the center workshop/activities. Regarding the work, you can switch task from one week to another, everything is quite easy to understand. Thanks for the hospitality, I hope to be back soon :)

I feel blessed and happy that i come and volunteer here like everything was nice the place, the people, the meditation, the food as it was my first experience and I'm grateful was a part of it. For next volunteer, you have to take some bus for reached the center and you can't find on google maps. Take a look of your journey. I want to Thank everybody for this wonderful experience. This experience was beyond any expectation! It is truly a magical place where one can feel very connected to the spiritual aspect of life. I had an amazing time and for sure would like to come back and visit again all the wonderful people I had the opportunity to meet. Thanks so much for the support and the open arms! This journey hasn't ended for me… I think I'll be understanding some of the teachings now that I'm heading back home. Thanks again! Ci vediamo in futuro 🌈

Junto a mi pareja tuvimos la oportunidad de participar del voluntariado en este gran lugar, es una experiencia única todos son muy amables, te enseñan sobre su cultura, puedes participar de las actividades que realizan, tienes espacio para realizar caminatas por los alrededores y es muy bello, la comida es deliciosa y las tareas a realizar son sencillas y siempre puedes encontrar a alguien que te explique. Desde el momento que ingresamos al centro tuvimos una excelente bienvenida, acá puedes definitivamente conectar con tu espiritualidad, estar tranquilo y rodearte de grandes personas❤️

Muy feliz y agradecida con todo el equipo de AHMC. Fue un mes maravilloso de muchos aprendizajes, lecciones aprendidas y aportes a la comunidad, en donde tuve la oportunidad como consultora empresarial de ver en un un mismo sitio las dos versiones: gestión empresarial y el trabajo operativo que se realiza con todo lo que esto conlleva, conocer y trabajar junto al grupo maravilloso de voluntarios de diferentes partes del mundo. Un buen lugar para practicar ingles e italiano. El trabajo son las horas acordadas. Aprendí de budismo y me desarrollé espiritualmente. Tiene muy cerca lagos, rios y buenos trekkings. Lo mejor de todo es la calidad de las personas. Sin dudas volverè😁

Mi experiencia en AHMC fue increíble, es un lugar mágico, rodeado de naturaleza y con una energía super positiva. Las personas de la comunidad son muy cálidas, me recibieron con todo el amor y me hicieron sentir en familia. Es el lugar perfecto para trabajar en ti mismo, puedes meditar, caminar por el bosque, aprovechar las actividades que se realizan en el centro y conocerte un poco más. En cuanto al trabajo, hay días pesados y otros más tranquilos. Trabajas 6 horas por día, son tareas simples como lavar platos, servir la comida, limpiar baños, dormitorios y otras habitaciones.

The experience at the CenterGanchen was magical. Three elements: the people, that were warm and welcoming, and created a safe space of learning andthe Center; the spiritual practice, which was deep, open, touchable and rewarding; the centre in a beautiful natural surrounding, which was peaceful and mesmerising. I learned a lot about buddhism, community, sharing and helping, and that is precious. I hope I will be back soon, AHMC :)

My experience in AHMC has been one of the most enriching experiences of my entire life and I feel totally grateful to AHMC for opening the doors and letting me to be part of this wonderful place. I could enjoy each of the places and events developed in the center and this let me strengthened my spiritual life and connection with life. I had the opportunity to be in the kitchen, helping with food but more than anything, learning how much love can be given through food. I also had the opportunity to meet incredible people who made my days at the center an experience that made me feel at home.
