Eu pude aprender sobre a importância do afeto nas relações. Cada voluntário, membro da equipe e os adolescentes da instituição são tratados com muito carinho e respeito. Eu me senti verdadeiramente acolhida e sinto que pude contribuir com o projeto. A gestão é inteligente e pró-ativa. A alimentação é incrível. As tarefas que os voluntários desempenham ajudam no funcionamento da instituição e são explicadas com clareza. As horas de trabalho são respeitadas. Foi uma experiência transformadora e eu desejo voltar em algum momento.

Sin duda recomendaría la experiencia. Hay un ambiente muy bueno en la casa, el pueblo es bonito y el contacto con los niños te da otro punto de vista de las cosas. Lo único reseñable negativamente es que las tareas, cuando los niños no están de vacaciones, son principalmente de limpieza, algo que no se especifica en el anuncio. Para mí no fue un problema porque no me importaba limpiar, ademas de que las tareas eran muy fáciles y aún así podías establecer relación con los niños, pero creo que es algo a tener en cuenta. De todas formas, creo que merece la pena ir y no descarto volver!

Is was an excelent experience, i love the place i love the children,every one is lovely and friendly, and the community is amazing you feel like are in the family, i recommend this experience a 100%, It is a great opportunity to help the children and make this home a better place.

Fueron dos meses increíbles donde pude mejorar mi inglés , los anfitriones sin dudas unas excelentes personas con un corazón de oro , todo el staff personas super predispuestas todo el tiempo con uno , me hicieron sentir realmente en casa . Los niños increíble aprendí mucho de ellos , compartí mucho y sin duda cómo les prometí volveré por qué sinceramente este lugar tiene una energía que te hace querer volver por todo lo que conlleva. También hice muy buenos amigos voluntarios de todo el mundo donde compartimos risas , aprendizaje y sobre todo experiencias sin duda super recomendable.

The organization provide an excellent home for the children in their care and it has been a pleasure to be a part of their work. As a volunteer I worked 5 hour shifts, 5 days a week. The volunteers make the schedule themselves, so you can usually choose which days you would like to work. There are morning, afternoon and evening shifts. Responsibilities vary based on which shift you are working, but none of the work was too difficult and there is always someone to ask if you are uncertain what to do. The staff at the organization is very dedicated and take great care of the children and volunteers.

The organization was the best experience I could've asked for. It was my first time using Worldpackers and it exceeded my expectations. All the staff and fellow volunteers were so kind and we had so much fun together. Definitely the organization to go back one day.

I had the most amazing experience at Fonding the organization! My only regret is not staying any longer. I met so many amazing people from all over the world. Both the volunteers and the staff were so sweet. It was a true pleasure to become a part of the organization family!
