I had a great time at the Project Nemi. It was jus what I was looking for. I could rebound with nature, worke on my spanisch and had a autentic mexican experiance. I would definitly recomend this project!

Mi experiencia fue muy bonita y gratificante. Belen y Fabián fueron muy amables y buenas personas conmigo. Sus hijos son muy lindos y los perritos siempre te hacen compañía. Me gustó aprender acerca de peces y conocer más de México, además que pude ir varias veces al bosque y la cascada. Conectas muy bien con la naturaleza. Volvería a hacerlo!

My experience was fantastic, I did 28 days with them and I enjoyed every day. There are several jobs to do so you won't be doing the same thing every day. Some days the work was pretty easy, other days the work was quite heavy, but I'm sure the host will have you doing what you're capable of doing. I worked with Fabian and Belen, who are both a very hard working couple who lead by example and extremely easy to get along with. This place is definitely for the nature enthusiast and I would 100% recommend it to anyone! Thank you so much!

Un verdadero agrado la experiencia aca, no se queden mucho rato ya que Fabian y Belen se encargaran de que se enamoren y engorden como cochinos, son una familia muy linda y hermosa, el lugar fresco y agradable ideal para un descanso y desconectar de la ciudad, aprendiendo mucho sobre la sustentabilidad y cuidado del medio ambiente, las tareas sencillas, del resto solo disfrutar de tan agradable y relajante lugar, fabian y belen hacen el resto los ame y a sus hijos Dios los guarde y bendiga siempre gracias Nemi 🤗🙏❤️🙌🙌🙌🙌

I spent around a month of time here, the people are nice and really open. I got invited to a lot of different occasions, where I got to experience the Mexican culture and free food :) The accommodation are also decent, you get to live on one of the farms managed under this account. I was on two of them, I had a private room, with bathroom in the first farm and a double room in the second one. The double room felt like a private room though, because there were no other volunteers. Which was for me a bit of a bummer, because I had hoped for more social interaction.

I had the chance to visit two farms / families, both implicated in aquaculture activities and the second one with agriculture as well. The two families, Fabian & Belen and Arizbeth & Alexandro, really made me feel part of their family and their team on the farm. If You choose this option for your next WorldPacker trip, it's really important to keep in mind that this is another way to travel, so it's important to come with an open mind and energy to embrace the whole experience ! As well, a huge thank you to Citlali & Manuel, for the organisation of this experience. I really enjoyed it !

Disfrute total. Vivir en el bosque con personas increíble fue genial. Fabián, Belen y sus hijos hacen que tus días sean únicos. Nos enseñaron el mantenimiento de los peses. Vimos los huevecillos 🥚 la comida rica de Belen no se puede quedar, me consintieron con los aguacates 🥑 me comí como mil 😂 los perros 🐕 son un encanto, y te siguen para protegerte donde sea. Atardeceres, noches hermosas y tardes relajadas. Conocimos el pueblo y convivimos. Fueron 2 semanas que nunca voy a olvidar. Gracias mi amigo Fabian, eres genial y tu familia ❤️ Una excelente experiencia en mi primer voluntariado💪🏽

A los biólogos Citlali/Manuel y a Fabián, Belén, Jorge y Yamelín gracias por recibirme en la granja, por involucrarme en diversas actividades y el correspondiente conocimiento/habilidades transmitidas. Mi estancia en este voluntariado fue muy agradable, me sentí como parte de la familia. Respecto a las actividades, estas consistieron en limpiar bastidores (rejillas) y tanques, cosecha, eviscerado, extracción de mortandad, conteo y alimentación de peces, limpieza del área de incubación, desdoble de peces, limpieza de hojas, ayuda en la cocina y capacitación.

Fue una experiencia muy agradable, aprendí cosas nuevas, me sentí muy bien al estar rodeada de un lugar con tanta vegetación, un lugar que me ayudó a desconectar con exterior y a conectar conmigo y otras personas. Las tareas fueron sencillas, Belén y Fabián me recibieron muy bien y su atención fue muy buena.
