Preparing the rooms, cleaning the yoga centre - this is around 5 hours work each residential course, but courses run approx every 4 weeks only so its not constant.
preparing yoga room before each class - this is about 30 mins before the regular public classes that run 3 x per week vacuum and mop the yoga room floor check and clean bathroom for visitors - just keeping on top of this maybe 20 minutes 3 x per week.
Help with 3 sons! Cooking help.

Gartenarbeit: Hilf beim Pflanzenanbau und der Gartenpflege

Küchenhilfe: Hilfe bei der Zubereitung, Fertigstellung und dem Servieren von Mahlzeiten.

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Abholung: Wir holen dich bei deiner Ankunft ab und bringen dich zu unserem Grundstück.

Nutze unsere ausgestattete Küche: Nutze gerne unsere Küche und bereite dein eigenes leckeres Essen zu.

Programmdetails

the yoga cantre is the priority when courses are running, then if there are overflow hours to be done it will be in the family home with household chores and help with kids.

The 3 boys are lovely just want someone to encourage them to do more outdoor activities in a pro active kind way and give me some space to get on with my office work! They are 13, 10 & 8yrs.

Our deal is 5hours x 5 days with all meals included (we often take turns in cooking but I provide al the food) Then if you want to join in the yoga classes I just ask for a straight swap of the hours eg. A 1 hour class is 1 more hour work exchange.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Help is needed in the mornings usually, most evenings are free, after kids are fed and watered nothing else to do after 6:30pm have your own free time.
You will be able to join in all the yoga classes if you want as mentioned before for some extra help. There is one evening class you may be asked to look after the kids whilst I teach in the next door Yoga room.

Regeln

We are a NON-smoking, NO alcohol and NO drugs strictly. If you do any of this on the property you will not be asked to leave.
Unfortunately due to rising living costs we may have to consider asking for contributions towards food.
