That was my second volunteering at WP. I spent 20 days at the stunning the guest house. I felt comfortable from day one. Mark and Rachel are kind n lovely people, always there to help you with a smile on face. I can't thank them enough for for letting me to stay more days, for the delicious dinner, nice talks during the tasks and the tips to do around. the guest house has a beautiful decor n Rachel has a really good eye for it! The house is comfy n has everything that you need! the guest house is wonderful to be in contact with nature. I highly recommend and hope to be able to return one day.

Summer was definitely a busy time at the guest house, but Rachael, Mark and Eve made me feel like part of the family from day one and I can't thank them enough for that. A special thanks to Mark for the delicious dinners, to Rachael for our lovely morning chats and to Eve for her energy and enthusiasm! I also had the chance to properly explore the area and get to know the local culture more deeply thanks to the flexibility with my days off. On top of that, I had the opportunity to meet and talk to guests from all over the world—I highly recommend it as a first Worldpackers experience!

Mark, Rachael and Eve are a gorgeous family! I felt integrated and really enjoyed chatting with them. They gave me valuable advices on places to visit and activities to do. The work is scheduled at the beginning of each week and is super achievable, and I thank them for being very flexible so I could also organize few days trips. the guest house is a fairy town, perfect to those who love to be in touch with nature. The accomodation has everything you need for a long-term stay. Hope to see you again someday! 💫

Mark, Rachel and Eve are a welcoming family, I felt integrated. I really enjoyed the time shared at Townhose. They are respectful and nice people. The work is easy to learn and to do and they have patience to teach. I definitely recommend it and I hope to be able to return one day. The city of Carcassone is wonderful if you love nature.

Oh i cant thank rachael, mark and little eve enough for giving me the best time here! definitely would stay much longer if it wasn't for my visa!! they have been so kind and generous to me, the place is absolutely beautiful, the work are easy to get on with, the hours were very respected:) definitely coming back again if i get the chance xx

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Mark and Rachel were welcoming and so gracious from Day 1! The location was amazing for experiencing everything the guest house had to offer! They were inclusive, inviting me and including me in many activities and outings, really engulfing me in their life and culture in France! The cleaning and expectations were laid out very clear to me and felt the work flow to be easily maintained and executed within the hourly timeframe! I had such an amazing time I absolutely didn't want to leave! I hope to go back and visit them in the future!!! :)

One of the best voluteering experiences I have had so far and that is the case for so many reasons: Mark ,Rachel and their little daughter Eve are such an amazing people they are kind ,friendly,patient and they do everything in their power to make you feel at home ,the working hours are respected 100% and they give you clear instructions about what needs to be done daily so you never feel lost.They make you feel part of their family (or at least that's how I felt).Mark is the best chef in town 😊 and Rachel is an angel ,she is so generous ,she always has a smile in her face and that's good

This volunteering experience couldn't have been better. The hosts are lovely, the guest house is a place that has it all and the nature here is so beautiful and the work never gets boring. You're welcomed with open arms and always respected and appreciated for the work you do. Rachel and Mark are incredible. They are always there for you if you have a question or need help with something and are so fun to spend time with. Working hours and free time are perfectly balanced and you will lack nothing. I'm so grateful for this experience. They have an adorable daughter.
