Do you love people? If you are a motivated and outgoing individual that speaks fluent English and preferably at least conversational spanish you are what we are looking for. We need someone to organize and lead our daily hostel activities and that creates that welcoming and friendly atmosphere the hostel is famous for.

24 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche
Musik: Auftreten zur Unterhaltung von Gästen, Kindern oder lokalen Gemeinschaften.
Party-Promoter: Hilfe bei der Organisation und Promotion von Partys und sozialen Aktivitäten.
Barkeeper: Mixe und serviere Getränke und hilf bei der Verwaltung des Getränkebestands.
Reiseführer: Organisation und Führung von Touren durch die Stadt.

Fließend Englisch und Mittelstufe Spanisch
Zwischen 18 und 40 Jahre alt
Empfängt nur Einzelreisende (akzeptiert keine Paare oder Partner)

Programmdetails
The activites volunteer is responsible that all guests are integrated and feel welcome and a good atmosphere is created in the hostel. You work about 4 hours a day and the schedule varies between morning or evening depending on the activity of the day. If there are no people to take part in the activity you are asked to help with other tasks at the hostel such as painting or cleaning etc.
Aktivitäten & Schichten
- Write weekly activities calendar and daily chalkboard
- Inform and motivate people to take part
- Coordinate activities with other hostels taking part (max. Nr. Of people etc.)
- Take people to the beach, walk on sandbanks, visit an animal shelter, organize Jenga night, host guacamole lessons or make dinner/bbq nights, etc.
- Think of new activities and discuss them with the manager in weekly meetings
- Help with other tasks in the hostel
