I loved my stay at this hostel. Volunteering here brought me incredible memories and friendships for life! The hostel is extremely well run by Felipe and Dalton, they're very attentive and always make sure everyone feels welcome. I was a bartender which was so fun, schedules were flexible, and I also got to practice Portuguese with the locals. The hostel itself couldn't be more perfect in terms of location, facilities, events; but the staff is what makes it feel like home & I hope I come back soon. I'd highly recommend PV to anyone stopping by Rio 🫶🏽 Muito obrigada por tudo Felipe e Dalton!

Passar pelo hostel foi incrível, descobri coisas sobre mim que estavam escondidas, me senti fluindo o tempo todo, com pessoas desconhecidas! Quando pensei que seria um grande desafio para mim. A URA VIDA abriu as portas para aumentar minha criatividade, me senti como se estivesse em minha própria casa, amo e amarei esses gênios que estão à frente desse HOSTEL COPACABANA FELIPE! DALTON!!! Foi numa experiência incrível demais. Eu ia ficar no hostel por 5 semanas, mas no fim, fique lá por 3 meses. O equipe lá é como uma família para mim agora e vou ficar com muita saudades deles. Sou da Inglaterra, e eu me mudei pro Brasil em Janeiro. Por causa disso, minha primeira meta foi aprender mais português e ficar mais fluente. Eu consegui, e aprendi bastante aqui!! Felipe é muita gente boa, ele tem tempo por todo mundo e é muito compreensivo. Sou estudante aqui também, e sou professor e ele me ajudou com meus turnos então eu posso fazer tudo com facilidade! Obrigadão o hostel <3

Volunteering at the hostel was the best experience of my life. I felt welcomed and supported from day one. Thanks to the hostel's tours and ideal location near Copacabana and Ipanema, I explored amazing places and enjoyed the beach daily. I met incredible people from all over the world, improved my English and Portuguese, and grew personally. The staff, guests, daily events, and overall energy made it feel like home. The space was always clean, social, and well organized. Special thanks to Felipe, Dalton, and Michele for their support and positivity every day. Obrigado and the hostel!

I had a great time at the hostel! I felt very welcome and the place has a really social vibe so it was easy to make friends and feel at home. The hostel is well organized, and the tasks were clear and manageable. I did both bartending and breakfast, bartending was my favourite, breakfast was more demanding. Thank you Felipe for being supportive when I got sick and couldn't help out for a few days. I really appreciated that! It was an amazing experience and I'd totally recommend it to anyone looking for a fun volunteer spot. Obrigada e the hostel! 💛

I spent 1 month as an entertainment volunteer at the hostel and it was an incredible month, you feel directly included, it's like having a family on the other side of the world. Camillo the hostel guide is incredible, the kindness in person thank you to him because he made my stay even better. The hostel staff really cares about you and is always ready to help you, thank you again the hostel for this incredible experience I will come back for sure🤍

I had the best time ever in the hostel. First of all the owners Felipe and Dalton are such a nice and supportive people. You can see that we are not just random volunteers in hostel and Felipe really cares about our stay and how we feel. For me it's surprising because the hostel has already so many volunteers and Felipe really still cares about each of us. You can see it's his passion - people. The conditions of hostel are really good. I enjoyed my stay and met amazing people. Real Brasilian experience with all the parties. The job wasn't difficult and I really enjoyed all the dance events

I had an amazing stay at the hostel. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a great work experience - The social environment was amazing, the perks were great and the location is unmatched. I built great friendships at the hostel, made some good memories and got to explore Rio. Felipe was amazing as well - He ensures that you have a good time at the hostel.

Really good experience within the hostel! A great international team, special thanks to Felipe! The hostel is close to everything and super well located in Copacabana. Easy to meet people and create friendships, a lot of free activities or parties. Shift was easy and well respected, I had 3 days off per week. I would recommend 😊 Thanks the hostel 🥰
