My experience at the hostel couldn't have been better. During the 2 months I met so many incredible people and created so many good memories. The volunteers group and staff team was amazing, we would all go to parties together and hang out together so it was really easy to become closer to everyone. Felipe will always try his best to help you in any situation, he always makes sure that every volunteer is feeling well and is having a great time. Will never forget these months, I will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone who was part of my stay :)

3ra o 4ta vez en la casa y como siempre una experiencia excepcional!!! Haciendo nuevos amigos de todas partes del mundo, saliendo de fiesta, surfeando y haciendo mucho treking. Mucho ambiente en la casa las 24hs del día, los anfitriones son una maravilla de persona y los mejores recuerdos de mi vida son en el hostel, gracias por siempre recibirme con los brazos abiertos, es una despedida temporaria pero espero volver algún día a mi segunda casa.

I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel! Expectations are clear, the work schedule is always given in advance and working hours are respected (never more than the agreed upon 25hrs per week). The communication with the host, Filipe, both before my arrival and during my stay, was fantastic. He was very responsive and checked in with volunteers often. The hostel itself is in an amazing location and the co-workers I met there were the absolute best! I extended my stay twice and was still so sad when it came time for me to finally leave. Thank you Filipe, Dalton and the rest of the team!

I had an absolutely amazing time volunteering at the hostel! Rio is a big and crazy city and volunteering at the hostel allowed me a great opportunity to navigate the city with other travelers and with some locals as well! The hostel itself has a great energy to it and there are always fun activities to join in on! It was also in a great location just a couple of blocks from Copacabana beach. If you want to experience life in the big city and like to meet lots of new people, I would 100% recommend volunteering at the hostel!

Minha primeira experiência voluntariando foi maravilhosa e o hostel foi a escolha certa para isso! Nunca tinha trabalhado em um bar e a equipe foi muito paciente para me ensinar tudo. É um ótimo lugar para pessoas que desejam festas e socializar. Me senti muito acolhida por todos. Sou uma pessoa bastante tímida e esse lugar me ajudou muito a me soltar mais :) A localização é boa, consegui aproveitar todos os dias de sol na praia. Espero muito voltar algum dia para essa família!

Essa foi minha 9º experiência com a WP, e Voluntariar no hostel pela segunda vez foi ainda mais emocionante que a primeira, por isso durou mais haha Recepção, Entretenimento e Bar com certeza são as minhas top 3 posições que eu recomendaria. Se vc quer se conectar com pessoas de outros países esse é seu lugar ideal, você encontrará de Nórdicos a Árabes e muitas outras nacionalidades. Se vc quer festa, encontrou seu voluntariado perfeito, pois tínhamos festas gratis pra ir TODOS os dias (exceto domingo que é dia de missa) hahaha Voltarei e recomendo

Mi estadía en el hostel fue realmente genial, conocí gente de todas partes del mundo tanto huéspedes como voluntarios y eso hizo que mejorara y aprendiera más otros idiomas como el portugués e inglés. La vibra qué hay es demasiado buena, dentro y fuera del hostal, sin duda alguna lo recomiendo y volvería a estar ahí.

I just want to express how great of a time I had volunteering at the hostel. Definitely one of the best hostels I've volunteered at. Had such great times and great memories volunteering\working with the staff and other volunteer co-workers along with having fun with the traveling guests that come and go here at this hostel going out clubbing and other hostel activities. Just want to thank Felipe and Dalton, the owners of the hostel for choosing me to come and volunteer to share that vision of what the hostel is about. I'm definitely gonna miss this place and can't wait to come back

It was my first volunteering experience and I don't think that I will ever find a better one than this. Everything about the hostel was amazing the staff, the facilities, the location, the energy absolutely everything! I enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up extending and I can confidently say that I'll definitely come back to this hostel. Work hours are respected and the tasks at the bar are fun, it doesn't feel like you are working at all. I would recommend it to everybody!
