Das Erlebnis

Seville is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain! Laidback but full of life, perfect weather and more than 2000 years of history make it a really special place to enjoy the Andalusian way of life.

You will be joining our team helping us out on different tasks depending on the season (night shift, dinner service). We expect you to be on duty at least 4 days a week, having 3 or 4 days off depending on the week, a maximum of 25h/week!

Programmdetails

We want likeminded people to join our family. We're all about music, art, travelling and meeting new people. We have a pretty social atmosphere and we expect you to be a part of it as well.

La Banda mentality is about keeping a fun and social environment, mingling with guests and just having a great time.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

We have only night shift positions available for now!

· During the night shift, we will ask you to stay in reception from 12am till 8am. We will teach you how to do late check ins, giving essential informations to our guests, keeping the noise down and set the table for breakfast before going to sleep.

Regeln

As you can see, we're pretty chilled and laidback, but we take our responsibilities very seriously. If you're willing to become a part of the team, we expect you follow our rules and lead by example as the face of La Banda while you're working and while you're off.

We love having a blast, enjoying a good cocktail and a big party, but that's not an excuse for any kind of disrespectful behaviour towards the other members of the staff or any other guest.

We expect you to stay at least 5 weeks, possibly longer.
