I had an amazing time volunteering here! Everything was perfect — the staff are super chill, welcoming, and always do their best to accommodate everyone. The atmosphere in the hostel is really relaxed with such good vibes; it feels like home from the first day. The work itself is easy, fun, and gives you time to enjoy the city and meet other travelers. I met so many great people and had so many good laughs during my stay. If you're looking for a place to volunteer where you'll feel appreciated, comfortable, and part of a little family, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

My time here was a 10/10 experience. Everyone from the guests, volunteers and staff are so incredibly social. The work that myself and the other volunteers had to do was piss easy and honestly genuinely really fun. The work was pretty much help set up dinner for 30 mins and spend the rest of the night socialising with guests. Which is a backpackers dream if you ask me. Heaps of free time and Odeta/ Angelo were also flexible with weekends. Over my month here I made so many new friends including guests, volunteers and even staff. Some of which I have already made plans to meet again.

Love the hostel team soo much! I had the best time bartending at the hostel bar, pouring liters of raki, meeting tons of new people every night and enjoying Shkoder! The work is easy and fun, accommodation very comfortable, food is always two meals a day, discounts on drinks, bike rental, everything that an average traveler may need you can get here! Unforgettable experience, would happily do it again, sending tons of love to Angjelo, Odeta, Silver and the rest of the staff, who made us feel like home <3

Working at the hostel was so much fun, I'd recommend it to anyone! The work was easy, running the games at night and giving out raki, and the staff really worked to make sure you could schedule your days off according to where you wanted to go and what you wanted to do. Angelo and Odetta were amazing, I was truly sad to leave. Emma and Zea miss you all 4ever <3

I had an amazing time at the hostel! The hours are fair and you have a ton of free time. The staff and other volunteers are so much fun to be around. The free breakfast and dinner were a great bonus. I would highly recommend volunteering here!

I really enjoyed my time here. The host provides a schedule every week and is very accommodating with your time if you'd like to travel in the local area for a few days. The room was nice, but if there are too many volunteers you might be placed in a guest room until space clears for you. The bikes for our use are a bit of a challenge, but that's part of the charm! Overall i'd recommend this for anyone looking to take an easy going slow paced volunteer position.

I had the best time in the hostel! Everybody from the staff and volunteers team was very helpful and friendly, the working hours were really fair and everyday we were getting very nice food. We also had bikes at our disposal which allowed us to explore surroundings of the area that were exeptionally beautiful. Thanks so much for this opportunity! Highly recommend:)

My experience at the hostel was amazing and I would recommend it to everyone who enjoys meeting crowds of new people every night and having fun with them. The area has a lot to offer especially if you like cycling and hiking. The hosts - Angelo and Odeta really care about volunteers and are the most helpful people that you can imagine. The tasks and hours are very fair. I also love that they usually have around 6 volunteers. My only regret is not staying there longer. I loved it there.

I had the most incredible experience at the hostel - the staff are amazing and made leaving at the end of my stay that much harder. The work is straightforward and well organised and there's a lot of opportunity to socialise! There's plenty of time off during the day to explore or chill out by the river. Highly recommend!!

I spent just under a month at the hostel, absolutely loved the experience. Such a good first volunteering experience. The work is relatively easy, socialising with guests at night is always fun! The staff and other volunteers are definitely the highlight of my trip! On days when you're not working go to the river or the lake, it's always a great time to be had! I even learnt a bit of Albanian!
