The hosts were great. The people there were not the problem at all. The problem was I feel it is false advertising. The picture and the place that we stayed at DONT match at ALL. We stayed in an unbuilt house with no roof or AC. I just wish this was told to us beforehand otherwise I would not have gone. We ended up leaving early because it was too uncomfortable to bear. On top of that the ride there wasn't free (which is fine) but we weren't even told that until after.. and we didn't have cash on us. Just little stuff like that. Again hospitality was great but the location was not great.

The proper desert experience. Husan always has his family and neighbours round allowing to meet people who live in the desert. The work is an enjoyable unique way of seeing how life is like here. What I would recommend though is to bring a fly squat

It has been one of the greatest experiences of my life to come and volunteer here. I have met amazing people, gained great experience, met locals, traveled to Sahara and so much more. Definetly recommend coming, as Hassan is a great host and a wonderful person.

Hassan is a great host. He will treat you as family. He will share all he's knowledge with you. You will live he's live during your stay. The house is he's project and it will become yours to. Hassan is great person! I'm suerte you will love to be on he's house, in the desert. You will connect with yourself in the trip and also get to know new people. Always having a great time!

This experience was absolutely amazing! Hassan is a brilliant host, he made me feel at home all the time, so welcoming and helpful. Also, I had the oportunity to meet his family and friends, all of them amazing persons, friendly and funny. So I can say i could deeply know the berber culture, which i really wanted to do, living everyday the same way they do, eating their delicious food, and exploring the beautiful area they are surrounded by. The working hours are very relaxed, there's plenty of time to enjoy the calm and beauty of the dessert. The experience exceded all my expectations.

Fue una experiencia bastante agradable, la comida fue muy buena y siempre nos hizo sentir en confianza, los dos primeros días estuvimos en su casa con su familia y nos sentimos bienvenidos solo que dormimos en la azotea, el tercer día nos llevo al kashbah y tuvimos una habitación privada, por las noches llegaba uno de sus amigos y jugabamos varios juegos con cartas bastante divertido, en general es un lugar tranquilo y lindo para salir de lo cotidiano, lo único que faltó fue ir a la montaña como nos había dicho y que las fotos en la página son del tour que ofrece con un costo adicional.

Hassan is very friendly, cooks delicious food, and he is a very nice person. He respects the hours to work , but the work is a little bit hard. It is a good place to rest because you can have peace but it's not the desert. It is a little town in the middle of nothing, there are only houses made of mud. The photos on the page are for a tour that he offers for 125 Euros - they aren't the photos of the place, so if you want to have an experience in the desert, this isn't the place, but if you want to have space for meditation, it's very good. thanks you so much Hassan

Hassan is a very good and hospitable man, very helpful and kind. I am satisfied with the experience. The working hours are relaxed, work starts around 12 pm and there is a lot of free time and it is a very relaxing location. I loved my volunteer's mates and I felt very comfortable and this is important. Thank you!
