We are looking for energetic travellers who are attentive in their work who understand an eye for detail and cleanliness are very important elements to any successful hostel.
As well as reception, volunteers would also be responsible for changing the beds and taking care of the laundry and maintaining cleanliness.
Lastly a big element of the job is to be welcoming & social and all volunteers are expected to interact and have fun with the guests

25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Barkeeper: Mixe und serviere Getränke und hilf bei der Verwaltung des Getränkebestands.

Team dorm: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Personen teilst.

Programmdetails

The volunteer activities are very simple, and the system is easy to learn, so we also highly value a social attitude, being part of the activities and what happens at the hostel. By this, we mean we look for volunteers who want to interact at the hostel and not just do their job for free accommodation. We believe that part of the desire to volunteer at our hostel is because they want to enjoy the time there.
The capacity is for 46 people, including the staff, and the building is more like a large house.
The atmosphere makes you feel at home, and the youthful, beachy vibe always makes it possible to have a party every day.
Although we may not consider ourselves a party hostel, we pride ourselves on fostering relationships and funwith a little mischief thrown in. The house has space for everyone and quieter areas like the rooftop and giant couch, we're also a bit removed from the club scene. So we close every day at 11 pm. And we maintain quiet hours. (Or we try 😅)

Aktivitäten & Schichten

The shifts are 5 days a week but never totalling more than 25 hours per week and always two days off. But there is always plenty of pool time on those days and free time to explore the town and beaches.
