Aktivitäten & Schichten

Your mission will involve leading our happy hour to create a lively bar scene and engaging guests with warm conversations, while also hinting at upcoming events to maintain a vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, you'll handle essential reception duties like check-ins, check-outs, and providing local area information.

You’ll also maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities to ensure a top-notch experience for all guests. This includes regular housekeeping tasks and proactive maintenance. Your role is crucial in shaping future hostel activities through brainstorming and gathering guest feedback.

This position is ideal for adaptable individuals who are passionate about building community and ensuring our hostel offers a welcoming, inclusive, and well-maintained environment.






Regeln

As a volunteer at our hostel, you must be professional, punctual, and appropriately dressed. Adhere to cleaning schedules, stay informed through hostel communications, and report any issues promptly. Always follow safety guidelines, provide hospitable guest service, and respect privacy. Moderate alcohol consumption during shifts is allowed but should not affect your responsibilities.

Maintain confidentiality and do not share sensitive information on social media. Ensure all tasks are completed before your shift ends, and communicate necessary details to the next shift. Promoting venues and events from outside without our permission is not allowed (if this rule is violated, you will be asked to leave the hostel the next day).

Non-compliance with these rules may result in disciplinary action. Accepting your position signifies agreement to these terms.
