Tuve una experiencia muy intensa y enriquecedora como voluntario en Black Swan Hostel. El ambiente es internacional, dinámico y lleno de energía, y el equipo está bien organizado y enfocado en que el hostel funcione al máximo nivel. Quiero ser muy claro: se trabaja mucho. No es un voluntariado “ligero” ni solo social. Hay responsabilidades reales, turnos exigentes y un ritmo alto, especialmente en los momentos de mayor ocupación. Si buscas algo tranquilo para pasar el tiempo, este no es el lugar adecuado. Aquí no vienes a descansar: vienes a crecer.

Staying at this hostel in Sevilla became one of the warmest chapters of my journey. What started as a new city quickly turned into a place filled with familiar faces, shared stories, and countless small moments that stay in the heart far longer than expected. The team welcomed me not just as a volunteer, but as part of their everyday rhythm — cooking together, laughing between tasks, learning from each other, and supporting one another on the tired days. There was always space for honesty, kindness, and real connection.

Era mi primera experiencia con Worldpackers. Estoy muy contenta de haber elegido este lugar. El director siempre está atento y se preocupa por tu bienestar. Los recepcionistas son encantadores. Y conocer gente me ha aportado mucho. Las camas son muy cómodas, el albergue está muy limpio, el rooftop es genial, la gente es muy amable y Sevilla es simplemente inolvidable😇

I had an amazing time at Black Swan Hostel! The hostel itself is located right in the centre of Sevilla, which is perfect for discovering the city. It's a social hostel, so be prepared to meet a looot of people. Tasks were easy, as they involved either cleaning, cooking, or taking the guests to activities. Diego was really welcoming and didn't hesitate to adapt the shifts to what the volunteers could bring to the hostel. In the end, Black Swan truly felt like a home away from home (and Sevilla is such an amazing place if you like art!).

Experiência incrível que tive no Black Swan! O hostel é muito bem localizado, e todos do staff são extremamente gentis. Senti-me muito acolhida, aprendi muitas coisas e me desenvolvi como pessoa. Esse lugar se tornou muito importante para mim: foi meu primeiro voluntariado e foi simplesmente perfeito. As tarefas são muito simples e tranquilas. Agradeço imensamente ao Diego pela oportunidade, que foi fundamental para eu conseguir evoluir meu espanhol e inglês.

Volunteering at this hostel was my very first experience, and it turned out to be absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported by the reception staff, the other volunteers, and especially the host, who truly made me feel like part of a family. Everyone was always willing to help and to share a smile. The atmosphere in this hostel is magical, full of positive energy, kindness, and connection. You're constantly surrounded by amazing people from all over the world, which makes every day special and unforgettable. I would recommend this place to anyone :)))

This was my second Worldpackers experience and it was amazing! The schedule was a bit irregular, but the team was flexible and once I got used to it, everything was fine. What truly made it special were the other volunteers — they were incredible, and the month flew by. I'd love to come back one day. Huge thanks to Diego for the opportunity, and Seville's beauty made it all even more unforgettable!

La experiencia en Black Swan Sevilla fue estupenda! Todo el staf es atencioso, te reciben con bondad y hospitalidad. Las horas de trabajo son bien divididas entre los días. Diego es muy amable y comprensible. El hostel está cerca de todo! El Hostel proporciona muchos momentos de interacción con los huéspedes, así luego estamos integrados y socializando. Fue mi primera experiencia como voluntario y de verdad se quedará en la memoria por los amigos que hice!
