Allthe hostel hostelhostelcommunity is super lovely, caring and respectful. the hostelhostelwork was not hard andthe hostel hostelhostelenvironment is super nice and joyful, so it's totally worth it. the hostelhostelHostel staff are super amazing and they are always happy. I met some highly sophisticated volunteers and we had a lot of funny now we are friends for life. I greatly appreciate every single moment we were together.

The hostelhostelhostel is located 5 minutes walking tothe hostel hostelhostelbeach. You have lots of bars and restaurants aroundthe hostel hostelhostelarea and it's just 40 minutes by train from Lisbon. They give youthe hostel hostelhostelmonthly schedule, which is great so you can plan your trips and manage your free time in advance. the hostelhostelmanaging team is super nice and always make you feel welcomed during your stay.

Muy padre! Agradezco muchísimo a Uli, una excelente líder! El lugar es hermoso, y la gente que se hospeda ahí es muy linda. Por unos problemitas personales no pude acabar mi experiencia, pero todos los días fueron muy lindos. Tal vez lo único malo es el horario de la tarde, en muchas ocasiones no haces nada y se vuelve muy aburrido. Por todo lo demás quiero agradecer a todos y ael hostel. Espero volvernos a encontrar

This was my first Workaway experience and also one ofthe hostel hostelhostelmost enriching experiences of my life. On a professional level I gained experience in many ofthe hostel hostelhosteltasks that are carried out in a hostel and I improved my levels of Portuguese and English and on a personal level I hadthe hostel hostelhostelopportunity to create very strong bonds with my host family. Both Julia and Uil were always excellent bosses who knew how to guide me so that I could give my best. And as for my fellow volunteers: Richi, Jean and Fabio. the hostelhostelthree of them are incredible people who can always count on my friendship.

I had a lot of fun in this experience! Monte Estoril is such an amazing place where to stay, really close tothe hostel hostelhostelbeach and just 15 minutes walking fromthe hostel hostelhostelcenter ofthe hostel. the hostelhostelhostel was really cozy and comfortable andthe hostel hostelhostelpeople there were really kind: boththe hostel hostelhostelstaff andthe hostel hostelhostellong term volunteers.

Foi minha primeira experiência com voluntariado e não poderia ter sido em um lugar melhor! A equipe do Hostel é muito profissional e acolhedora, as funções são bem simples e bem esclarecidas de antemão. O Hostel tem uma ótima localização, perfeito para quem gosta de boas praias e zona urbana tranquila, porém com ótimos restaurantes, bares, supermercados, etc. Agradeço muito a todos e espero voltar logo!

It's my 4th WP experience. Adaptation period to working here ended up being very long due to organization issues. Work itself is simple, but get stressful due to logistics and management. I recieved training on how to make beds only on my last day there. it's often needed to make improvised solutions. High season + disorganization ended up makingthe hostel hostelhostelexperience stressful, which culminated in a volunteer's meeting to suggest changes. All resulted on my departure ahead of time. What made me stay was my relationship with other volunteers + guests. Staff is helpful and always try to aid you.

O CTW hostel fica em uma ótima localização perto da estação de trem para Lisboa e da praia. O hostel é bem simples e o trabalho também, porém ele se torna desgastante por conta da infraestrutura e organização do mesmo (tratando-se de uma Associacao social). Acredito que tenha muitos pontos a melhorar, e poderiam ter mais benefícios aos voluntários para criar uma atmosfera mais de intercâmbio cultural e menos de trabalho. Eu e o time de voluntários escrevemos um feedback que foi prontamente escutado, acredito que melhorias virão. Obrigada à equipe.
