Help us managing the hostel!
We're looking for proactive, fun and creative backpackers who want to volunteer helping us with the daily hostel routine (housekeeping, reception, cleaning). Also, we have many projects and ideas to renovate our hostel and make it a nicer and cosy place so there are some other tasks we could use a hand with like gardening, painting, repairing bikes and organising activities for our guests.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Programmdetails

Rotative shifts of 4 hours with 2 days off a week.
Most of the tasks should be done during morning and early afternoon so the hostel is tidy before check-ins.
Afternoon and evening shifts should mostly take care of receiving the new guests and do some quick cleaning rounds.
If you have any skills in repairing, maintenance, painting or gardening, please mention them in your application, so we'll know what activities fit you better. Extra activities can be done whenever is convenient depending on the task.

Regeln

Namaste is a place to hangout and chill with friends, it's a place from backpackers for backpackers, so we don't deal very well with spoilt behaviour: the tasks have to get done as good as you can; the guest's comfort must be priority; our neighboors shouldn't be annoyed. Besides from that, you're free to befriend people, party, plan daytrips, and do as you please during your free time. All of it with respect :)
