The hostel is a great hostel. The activities are pretty manageable, the place is sooo cozy, and the staff is lovely. I cannot recommend it enough! Spending the holidays here was like being back home, with how much I felt welcomed.

The hostel has been an amazing experience, there's no better way to describe it as a: "Second-home far away from home". Cozy, comfortable and (if your as lucky as me) full of the most pleasant and extraordinary people. It's in a great location in the city, right next to a beautiful park and local pubs. The manager is always trying to make you feel included and part of the hostel, always offering food and drinks, always encouraging to go party with your fellow volunteers. Most of the days work was really manageable and even when it was to much there was always willing to help out one another.

I enjoyed the hostel a lot. It is such a lovely place and from the moment I arrived it felt as if I was part of a dysfunctional family. volunteers are such lovely, friendly people. The jobs are pretty simple and can be a quite enjoyable way to start the day, and reception shifts are very chill. The bedrooms are comfortable, but are a little bit stuffy as they are in the attic, however there is always fresh bedding available and they are always a good temperature. The only thing that could be improved upon is the amount of time off as you only get one day off a fortnight.

Probably one of my favorite traveling/work experiences I've ever done. Hostel has a homely feel and the free breakfast every morning helps a lot. Location is excellent to be able to explore the city and go out at night. Work hours are not very long or stressful, a bit of cleaning in the morning and a few reception hours throughout the week. You get plenty of time with the other volunteers to have fun and go out together. Couldn't be more grateful for the friends I made during my stay, I'm very happy I chose to stay here.

My time at the hostel was amazing ! The hostel is really cozy, feels like home, especially with the fire on in winter times, the manager (Bob) is super nice and so is Richard ! I had a great time, talking with the guests and a blast with my fellow volunteers ! The work is really easy and can be easily adjusted to any inconvenience ! Would recommend 100% :)

The hostel was my first world packers trip, I felt very welcomed instantly. Everyone that was there instantaneously felt like another family! Bob the manager was very friendly and helpful so it was a great and easy time learning, 10/10 would recommend vollenteering here!

Although we only spent a short few days with Josh he was great company and very pro active. Making the most of his time he tried to see everything and talk to everyone. It has been a blast!

Absolutely loved my stay at the hostel. I do recommend this place. I do want to say be aware of the hours as there are no days off - you only get one every 2 weeks. The hours of work are easy tho and you do get a lot of free time after the daily shifts. Bob is very accomodating and if you need anything or someone to talk to he's there to help you.
