28 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Was Sie bekommen

2 freie Tage pro Woche

Team dorm: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Personen teilst.

Frühstück: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Frühstück an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.

Kostenlose Wäsche: Du kannst unseren Waschraum frei nutzen.

Fahrräder zur Verfügung: Du kannst unsere Fahrräder jederzeit nutzen.

Nutze unsere ausgestattete Küche: Nutze gerne unsere Küche und bereite dein eigenes leckeres Essen zu.

Schneller Internetzugang: Hochgeschwindigkeits-Internet, damit du remote arbeiten kannst

Anforderungen

Fließend Englisch

Zwischen 18 und 35 Jahre alt

Empfängt nur Einzelreisende (akzeptiert keine Paare oder Partner)

Flüge, Reiseversicherung, interne Transportmittel und Visum

Programmdetails

Volunteers help with reception, cleaning, and socialising with guests. :)

We can host volunteers short-term, for short term volunteers your tasks would be minding the hostel for a few hours in the mornings, doing checkouts and cleaning.

Volunteers who stay 1 month or longer can do afternoon shifts (mostly checking in guests) or a mix of morning & afternoon shifts. :)

We can only host volunteers who have the right to work in the UK (Such as UK passport, or UK work visa). Volunteering without the right to work in the UK is illegal since Brexit :'(


Aktivitäten & Schichten

Volunteers usually cover the morning shifts,
so you don't need to be familiar with any booking systems, card machine use etc. :)
If you would also like to do afternoon shifts (check-ins), let us know, we can teach you everything!

Morning shift involves setting out breakfast, checking out guests, cleaning, and changing beds. (7:30am-2pm)

Volunteers have every third day off completely, to explore Belfast, or just hang out in the hostel. Our schedule usually looks like this-
Day 1 - OFF
Day 2- Morning Shift
Day 3- Morning Shift
Day 4- OFF
Day 5- Morning Shift
Day 6- Morning Shift
Day 7- OFF
Day 8- Morning Shift
etc etc, you are welcome to swap a shift with another volunteer if needed!

Regeln

!!!We are NOT a party hostel!!!
We expect volunteers to respect all hostel rules, and to encourage guests to do the same.
-Quiet-after-9pm (gotta get that beauty sleep!)
-No heavy drinking
-No sitting on your mobile phone while on shift! Do your sneaky Facebook stalking on the reception computer where nobody will notice! ;)
-Volunteers should have the right to work or volunteer in the UK, please make sure your visa allows this! :)
