We are a team of international long term travelers and we need volunteers to contribute to the atmosphere of this hostel. =)
We are located in the Fes medina and we can accommodate up to 40 travelers in 5 dorm rooms. We are looking for energetic, friendly and passionate volunteers to help at the reception or with small maintenance and improvement projects. We hope to hear from you!

Programmdetails

Reception work:
- Welcoming guests
- Checking guests in and out.
- Selling tours & hostel amenities
- Ordering taxis
- Answering emails.
- Giving tourist information.
- Helping with breakfast and dinner.
- Working with our booking system.
- taking payments

Work requirements:
We need helpers who can work 24 hours a week. Helpers who are doing the work exchange as an experience and meet the guests with a smile. We need helpers who are flexible and take responsibility when they are representing the hostel.
The helper will have to speak good English. If you speak Arabic, French, Spanish, or another language it is a plus too.
It would be great if you have any experience working at hostels or with customer service.
We need helpers who can stay with us for at least 2 weeks.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Hours per day:
You will be working 24 hours a week. Working 6 days (4h shifts) with 1 day off every week.
We have different kinds of shifts in the reception: Morning shift: 8h-12h, afternoon shift: 12h-18h, evening shift: 18h-22h
Morning and afternoon shifts require to help the housekeeping to make some beds when necessary.

Please clean after yourselves and be tidy in dorms
