O hostel é um lugar incrível, onde conheci pessoas maravilhosas! Fui muito bem recebido e, sem dúvida, é um dos melhores hostels por onde eu passei. O trabalho é tranquilo e a localização é excelente. Só posso agradecer! Me alegro de saber que vou reencontrá-los logo mais. Se vai a CDMX, não hesite em fazer voluntariado no hostel.

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue excelente. Pearce y Ayleen son excelentes personas, llenas de amor y cariño. Sin dudas me hicieron sentir en familia y los voy a extrañar mucho. El trabajo es sencillo y llevadero. El equipo de trabajo es muy bueno y te acompaña todo el tiempo. Fue mi primer voluntariado desde la APP de worldpackers y sin dudas la recomendaría una y otra vez.

The team at the hostel are absolutely wonderful. They made me feel completely welcome and cultivated a warm, open, cheerful environment and supported & encouraged me in every way they could. Truly two of the most incredible people, I feel so lucky to have met them!! Hours were never more than initially stated and the work was straight-forward and reasonable. Also worked with/got to know the guests, who were lovely people from all over the world. Accommodations were comfortable, the space is very cozy and generally has such a homey feel. Overall an incredible experience :)

This was a 1000/10 experience. I absolutely loved my 5-week stay volunteering at the hostel. The manager & supervisor are some of the most loveliest people I met in cdmx. They were very helpful, kind & respectful. The job itself was relatively easy. You work about 3 shifts/week. They're mostly night shifts (4-12) you do check ins, keep common areas clean, laundry, check emails, take trash out, etc. Everything was clearly communicated & I knew what was expected of me. The hostel itself is homey, cozy & best vibes. You'll have everything you need. a beautiful experience, I miss it already.

Muito feliz pelas experiencias que tive... Realmente nos faz sentir em casa com o ambiente acolhedor e a energia positiva das pessoas! As atividades são muito simples e sempre temos o apoio da equipe! Apenas agradecer por todos os conhecimentos que pude adquirir nesse lugar incrivel e com as pessoas que tive a oportunidade de conhecer!🙌🏻🙏🏻🥰

El hostel se va a convertir en tu cada en CDMX, sin dudas! No solo el lugar es cómodo, acogedor (ubicado en una zona excelente, linda, tranquila y bien conectada), además cuenta con un equipo de excelentes seres humanos, desde los diferentes voluntarios hasta las personas de maestranza y limpieza y los mánagers Aurelie y Jorge, realmente no me alcanzan las palabras para agradecer la calidez con que me recibieron y su amabilidad a la hora de compartir charlas, consejos y recomendaciones. ¡Una de mis mejores experiencias y recuerdos!

Tuve una muy mala experiencia con este hostel por su mala organización, mi estadía estaba confirmada un mes antes y la primera noche que llegué me dijeron que no tenían una cama disponible para mí. Los días siguientes cuando ya empezaría a colaborar me avisan que ya no podré quedarme porque no hay suficiente espacio, me pareció de muy mal gusto porque tuve que cambiar todos mis planes en menos de 3 días, gasté más dinero del esperado y ellos nunca respondieron mis mensajes ni siquiera los que envié antes de llegar, pidiendo explicaciones de cómo dirigirme al lugar ni tampoco mis quejas.
