Hostel Events & Party Host in Kabupaten Badung, Indonesia
Das Erlebnis
We are looking for Volunteers who can help create a fun, social and lively atmosphere by hosting events & bringing guests together. Through parties, social nights and content creation volunteers can help showcase the hostel vibe and encourage positive & responsible fun. Tasks include hosting parties or social activities, interacting with guests, light event setup and creating photo/video content. Expect 4-5hours daily with plenty of free time.

Programmdetails
As a Worldpacker with us, you’ll be part of our hostel community and help create a fun, social and welcoming environment. We expect volunteers to be responsible, friendly and proactive when interacting with guests and hosting events.
Main tasks include hosting social activities or parties when scheduled, engaging with guests, light event setup/cleanup and creating photo or video content to capture hostel life. Shifts are around 4–5 hours per day.
In return, we offer accommodation, a social atmosphere, access to hostel events, and free time to explore the area. We value good vibes, clear communication and mutual respect.
Aktivitäten & Schichten
- Interact with guests and help create a friendly & social atmosphere
- Help plan, promote and host social events/parties and encourage guest participation in activities
- Assist with light event setup and clean-up
- Create good photo or video content during events or the daily hostel life
- Communicate with the hostel team about upcoming activities/events
Shifts are around 4–5 hours per day and are usually scheduled in the afternoon or early evening (depending on events and occupancy). On event days, shifts may be later in the evening.
Days off are arranged weekly. Schedules can be flexible as we are a new hostel and growing together.
Regeln
Volunteers are expected to be punctual, respectful and responsible towards guests/staff or other fellow volunteers. While we have social and a fun atmosphere, professionalism during shifts is important. Must follow & respect hostel rules and communicate openly with the team should there be any issues arises. Zero tolerance to illegal substances.
