Programmdetails

This position is for someone who wants to apply their marketing skills to a serious, values-driven education project—not casual content posting or generic promotion.

You’ll spend 3–4 days per week focused on marketing and outreach, helping grow a regenerative instructional design course centered on permaculture and real-world farming education. The remaining days will be spent working on the farm—getting dirt under your fingernails—so you fully understand the depth, effort, and reality behind the course you’re helping promote.

This is not for the faint of heart. The project is about creating a new framework for regenerative farming education, grounded in lived experience, systems thinking, and long-term impact. Initiative, clear thinking, and follow-through are expected.

In return, you’ll work directly with the course creator and receive clear direction, honest feedback, and practical mentorship. You can expect structure, autonomy, and meaningful work that contributes to shaping how future generations learn regenerative farming.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Marketing & Course Growth (3–4 days per week)

Support marketing strategy for a regenerative instructional design course

Assist with content planning, messaging, and audience outreach

Help position the course within the regenerative farming and education niche

Research platforms, partnerships, and channels aligned with the project

Track progress and reflect on what’s working (and what isn’t)

On-Farm Work & Immersion (remaining days)

Participate in hands-on permaculture and regenerative farm tasks

Assist with planting, maintenance, harvesting, and system upkeep

Observe and experience the real conditions behind the course content

Learn how theory translates into physical systems, labor, and constraints

Shifts & Rhythm

Typical schedule: 4–5 hours per day, with flexibility based on season and project needs

Marketing days are focused and self-directed

Farm days are physical, outdoors, and weather-dependent

This balance ensures that the marketing work is grounded in lived experience, not abstraction. Understanding the land, the labor, and the systems is essential to contributing meaningfully to this project.

Regeln

We keep things simple and respectful here.

No smoking on the property

Treat people, tools, and the land with respect

Come with the understanding that plans can change day to day—flexibility is essential

Communicate clearly and honestly if something isn’t working

This project is built around real-life systems, not rigid schedules. Adaptability, common sense, and a steady attitude matter more than perfection.
