Olá, meu nome é Cadu Cassaú, sou Biólogo, Mestre em Engenharia Ambiental e atualmente viajo o mundo trabalhando com Criação de Conteúdo e Produção Audiovisual. Sou o criador do blog e canal no youtube Se joga, cara! onde compartilho dicas e inspiração para viajantes e nômades, além de mostrar um pouco do estilo de vida que levo. Considero-me um explorador do mundo e de mim mesmo, sou nômade digital desde 2014 e passei quase 3 anos viajando pela Ásia e Oceania até ter clareza dos meus objetivos, visões e propósito. Para embarcar e me bancar nessa aventura, decidi aprender como me tornar um freelancer. Deixei meu emprego como biólogo no Rio de Janeiro e paguei minhas viagens e investimentos através de trabalhos com produção audiovisual e consultoria de marketing, mesmo sem ter experiência anterior no assunto. Nesta jornada, me transformei de maneiras que nunca imaginaria, tanto pessoal, como emocional, profissional e até espiritualmente. Descobri que viajar pode nos ajudar muito a expandir nossos horizontes, nossa visão do mundo e a nos tornarmos mais conscientes. Um dos meus principais objetivos é contribuir para que o máximo de pessoas também sejam capazes de terem experiências fantásticas e transformadoras de viagem que as possibilitem começar a ver o mundo, e a sua própria realidade, com novos olhos.
I'm a biologist and I hold a masters on Environmental Engineering. I have 7 years of experience in sustainable development issues and not only the environmental way of seeing it, but in financial and social way of understanding sustainability of a company aswell.
I have much experience in innovation and how to promote a company to grow in a sustainable way and I hope to use my knowledge to help small businesss grow across the places I visit.
Now, I've quited my job to start the first brazilian adventure travel youtube channel, fully in portuguese with English subtitles.
I've work in the biggest healthcare and the biggest telecommunications company of Brazil at the governance and corporate sustainability of each of these companies and helped them on improving their awareness on social and environmental risks, improve processes to reduce carbon emissions and reduce costs, improve their data control of risks and social/environmental issues through the development and implementation of softwares, and also created better processes to improve the relationship with their supply chain and customers, avoiding the risks of being sued for any reason.
My first trip was last year, when I used my first vacations of my life to make my first travel alone and first international travel, where I went to the Eastern Europe.
I visited 7 countries in 30 days and had a life changing experience. Since I came back, I kept dreaming and thinking on how to keep traveling and how to make money online or reduce my travel costs.
I've been reading a lot about that and this was the point on creating my website and youtube channel, to promote all this information I've already gathered in english and aid people who doesn't speaks english but also wants to travel more.
This year, I won the 2nd prize of a contest to become the student ambassador of the state of Queensland -AUS- and now I'm here to study for some months and start my "no date to return travel" after finishing the english course.
