Eduardo est quelqu’un de passionné et passionnant, très généreux dans son quotidien, travailler avec lui et pour lui est très enrichissant. Il y a peu de temps mort, le temps passe très, trop vite car les journées sont très variées, pas de routine, on passe d’une tâche à une autre très facilement: cueillette du cacao, plantation de pieds de café, fabrication du chocolat, ou de farine de plantain, mise en pot de pied de piments, défrichage des pieds de cacaoyers etc... il a définitivement besoin d’aide, je ne saurais trop recommander de tenter cette expérience au moins 2 semaines.

Nuestra estadía en SOLASO fue una de las mejores en todos los sentidos, porque nos sentimos súper acompañados, es un ambiente muy familiar y de trabajo, dónde aprendes constantemente de agricultura orgánica, experimentas alimentos nuevos, extraes mucha de la comida que utilizas, aprendes el proceso del chocolate y el café, desde su extracción hasta su proceso final, Eduardo es un excelente profesional, excelente anfitrión y ahora un gran amigo! Recomendable al 100%
