Kaena Point Hostel is a perfect place to volunteer. Axel the owner is super nice, always there for you and tries to do everything in order to make you feel comfortable. You can help him in all areas and the work is a lot of fun. In general, I can only recommend it and would come back here again and again:)

We had an amazing experience at the Kaena, the staff is so lovely, also the clients at the restaurants, we felt as a member of the staff since the beginning, on our last day we felt as a member of the family, because they made sure to make our time spent there something unforgettable with a surprise farewell, first they showed up wearing shirts with the colour of the our flag, and the owner bought us some ice creams to celebrate and say good bye, that was our first experience through WP and we loved, it was a great opportunity to know better the locals and the traditional food of Guatemala.
