My experience at Tili Vini was peculiar. I learned about wine and olive oil by participating in many different activities and I improved my skills in cooking and cleaning. The tasks are very easy and you will be involved in all the family's activities. Some days may be more challenging than others, as it is normal for this kind of work. Overall, don't be afraid to ask if you'd like to learn more about the winery or if some tasks are not clear. Maria, Annalaura and the whole family are willing to help you.
Grazie di tutto.

This was my first volunteer experience and it was unique. The place is beautiful, the food delicious, and best of all, it came at any time !!! The schedule is not constant, there will be very busy moments and others with a lot of free time. Thanks AnnaLaura and Maria 😊

My first experience at Worldpackers couldn't have been better! They received me as a part of the family and it made the difference for me. I had a very confortable and cozy place to stay.
You will work directly with Maria and Annalaura. The tasks are not difficult and you'll get them easily. They are very available to teach you anytime. On my days off they made all the effort to take me to the station and ensure that I enjoyed the very best!
I could meet people from all over the world, made a Canadian friend and gained an Italian family!
Grazie mille, famiglia Tili! Voi mi mancherete! ❤️

The Tili family are great people. I can honestly say when you go there to volunteer they will treat you like family. If you tell them you need specific days off or want to see certain cities they will make it happen. The work is simple, some days are long some days are short. I can't stress this enough the
perks are well worth this position. Bring baggy clothes because you will gain weight from all the food!

María and Anna have been amazing hosts! As well as Pietro, Marco and of course Loki and Numa (the two amazing dogs).
I felt like at home within a few hours, and I can only thank them. My main reason to visit Italy was learning Italian and they made sure I practice all the time.
Thank you very much for the experience and hope to see you all soon!

My first experience couldn’t have been better! The family took me in, and I felt that I was part of the family! They are really nice and great hosts! The work is not hard. I spent most of my time in the kitchen preparing the food for the tastings, I also helped around cleaning and welcoming customers. But you need to be flexible. You’re not going to work 5 hours straight. Sometimes they are really busy, with a lot of tasting, and sometimes you’re going to have a lot of free time.
But the experience was amazing! Getting to know more about wine and olive oil was really nice.
Thank you so much!

My first expirience with Worldpackers and it couldn't been better. The work is easy to be done, you have to pay attention and don't be afraid to ask, Annalaura and Maria are great hosts. they are a very welcoming family and you will feel like home right the way.My time there was in low season so the job was less I think. But I was able to have a great experience and I learned a lot. Thank you Maria and Annalaura, I hope to see you again!

Maria Palma and Annalaura are really lovely and welcoming hosts. The work is easy with cleaning and welcoming guests that come. Detail and precision is really key with this job. I enjoyed learning the inner workings of the wine cellar and olive oil making and preparing orders. Be flexible with the hours, have an easy going personality and don't be afraid to ask questions.
Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Been at TiliVini winery was an amazing experience!
The family and the people that works there are so welcoming, always so caring and nice.
The works it’s simple, just have to help with the wine tastings, clean and help around in the kitchen.
The hours can’t really be exact because it’s a winery so it’s understandable.
Sometimes it’s not busy, so you have a lot of free time. They always make sure I visit around Italy and always took me to the train stations and pick me up too even at late hours, I thank them so much.
The food was amazing! Home made meals, so thankful.

The place is beautiful, the family is really nice people, they work a lot and very hard! You have the possibility to try some wine also. The job isn't hard at all, but the only thing I would suggest is to organize the time of work of the volunteers. it was really difficult to understand when you should finished working. They also asked me to go one week before we arrange so I have to change some things in the last minute... Beside that everithing was ok and I had a nice time.
