The Experience

A beach front hostel in the Pacific Ocean with black sand beaches and a swimming pool. A great place for people to meet locals as well as people from all over the world. We are looking for fun energetic people who can make the place enjoyable for the guests and bring people together, Service industry background is a plus. Occasionally we are looking for tradesmen for new projects too.

I had a really good time at the hostel. If you really like to socialize with people and to party then that is the perfect place. The team was amazing and i feel like i made life-long connections with some of the other volunteers. It is 6 hours per day, six days per week working, but the tasks are not to difficult and most of the time it is really fun. The hostel itself is beautiful with a pool and oceanview, the stuff dorms are not the best tho. Lots of love and thanks to all the great people i met in my time there. I will never forget it

Overall my time at the hostel was a fun & memory filled adventure. i made lots of amazing connections while there, & got to know travelers & locals alike. it's a super social hostel, & most of the staff is super easy to get along with! bartending was super fun & relaxed, but sometimes you may be asked to do painting/cleaning projects outside the bar which i honestly didn't mind most of the time. don't regret my time there one bit! will miss everyone there & the beautiful small town of el paredon!

My time at the hostel was both intense and immensely enjoyable, thanks to the other volunteers! You get to know one another really close because you do literally everything together due to the "tinyness" of El Paredon. Furthermore, the true essence of volunteering extends beyond bartending duties; it entails embodying the role of an entertainer, ensuring guests' satisfaction throughout their stay. In return for our efforts, you get amazing food, while the rooms are very basic. If you love partying, getting out of your comfort zone and being very social, the hostel is the place to be!

Coming to the hostel was one of the best decisions I've made in my life!!! One of the most incredible experiences ever, with an amazing place to live and even more amazing people. I've made friends for life here and made so many memories that I will cherish forever. The work was also usually fun as you're meeting many people while you work! I will never forget my time here and hopefully I'll be back in the near future :)
