My 3 weeks in Loki Lima was awesome. The job wasn't easy, but if you take it just a little bit serious it goes by and you really enjoy it. It's an amazing opportunity of having fun, meeting new people, making friends and learning a new skill. I totally recommend this volunteer job to everyone who's looking for a good time in an amazing city like Lima.

don't forget, Loki loves you and you'll love it even more !!

Pedro was amazing!! He was one of my best workers and I was sad to see him go. He shows a lot of initiative and is able to work unsupervised. I would happily recommend him to anyone! Good luck in your future travels Pedro! :)

My experience with the people couldn’t have been greater. I made friends for life and it really was a special time for me. Both the volunteers and the staff were awesome and made everything much easier for us. But I can’t say that much about the hostel itself. The conditions were awful, to be honest. We would sleep at a really bad dorm, which didn’t have even windows. The humidity of the bathroom (that didn’t have hot shower btw) would be stuck in the place making it all a really bad atmosphere. There was dirt and it wasn’t pleasant at all. You really need to be mind open to all things.

Loki was the best first Worldpackers' experience I could've had. Nice place, nice staff, well located in the city.
The job actually exceeded my expectations as I had a lot of fun while I worked and could count on the help of the staff and other volunteers.

Thales was a great worker! I wish he was able to stay longer. We'd happily have him back and we'd recommend him to anyone.

My first week in Loki was an absolute blast and I loved every second of it, but after a while, you start seeing the bad things under the rug. The staff is absolutely wonderful, Joel and Ludo made my work much easier and funnier, but I have to say, even if it's a social job, the work is exploratory; You work 32h a week, normally from 6-1am or 8-3am and you work really hard during this time. You can't cook, you have to pay even for water and only get one free meal. The dorm isn't cleaned everyday, which caused me quite notable allergy issues.

Alex was a good worker. We'd happily have him back at Loki, and we'd recommend him to anyone!

The perfect combination of working and partying! Unfortunately, I couldn't stay longer, but 2 weeks didn't feel enough! Joel and all the staff are amazing. It was so easy to make friends with everyone there. The job is really intense, especially on the weekends. There are some things that in my humble opinion could improve and Joel is so open to talk about it. It was such a beautiful and fun experience. I hope I can come back some day. Thanks all
