We have been working with the help of volunteers for 3 years already and it has been so joyfull, that people always come back. Everybody is welcome to experiencehere, it doesn’t matter how old you are or if you don’t speak hebrew/english. Keyword is “get you hands dirty” ;) Send us a !!!SHORT!!! message introducing yourself and telling us how long you intend to stay. You will receive an small e-book with all the information about the house, the work, the sightseeing, such as all outdoor possibilities you can do in your free time. We pick you up with the car at the volunteer’s house from Mondays to Fridays and drive to the plantation. We start the work, have a break for breakfast together and then we continue. Somedays will be more challenging, but other days will be very easy (such as packaging the dates or cleaning the sprinklers). After the work you have free time. Along with the dates we are also growing grapes and olives, so prepare yourself to know everything about olive oil very soon. Main tasks are everything that involves growing trees and plants in organic way. We also have some design and social media projects, so if you have experience with that, let us know and we can develop something nice. ____________ We have a house for the volunteers, but you can also camp outside if you are more adventurous, full equipped kitchen, washing machine, working cloths, hot shower, table to eat outside such as inside the house, compost and herbs garden. _____________ You will find all the detailed information needed in our e-book, but we have prepared a quick FAQ here. My experience at the LivinGood Farm was nothing but enjoyable! Eyal and Ron (the hosts) were so accommodating, kind and giving! Eyal took us on a tour of the Golan Heights area and to meet him family as well as always helping us to find our way to different locations around Israel. The work was really simple to understand and Ron and Eyal were always good about making sure we were feeling well and having a good time. They took care of everything as far as food and accommodation go and were always really friendly! I would highly recommend the LivinGood Farm!!
