Ruda was with us during our low season and helped move the hostel forward during that time.
He was part of our little family and helped in reception, but also doing things like activities and cleaning.
Ruda is a very social person and he fit right in with the crew with wich he shared some good foods like the Pavé :)
He is a good option if you look for somebody with a lot of good ideas and will to work:)
Abbey Hostel was definitely one of the best places where I've volunteered. Not only is the schedule fair and the tasks simple and very well explained but also the hostel life and the people around it what makes this an unforgettable experience. There's always something going on and the hostel provides basically everything you might need. Joana, Vale, Bárbara and Stefi are the coolest, most generous and caring people you can meet. I'm really grateful for my time there and I already miss the hostel and the other volunteers. Thank you, guys! I hope to come back to visit you soon!

Sumamente recomendable.
I couldn't have chosen a more fascinating place to volunteer in Italy! The region is incredibly beautiful and Torre del Colle has the most breathtaking views. My experience at the hostel was really nice. The hostel is new, everything's always clean and organized. It is a bit far from other cities but that wasn't a problem. Our accommodation was perfect, and the tasks were simple and well explained. Duilio and his family are great people, I definitely want to go back for a visit. Thanks for everything, guys!

Su di me come autore
I'm a Brazilian backpacker who realized there's more to the world than one can ever know. I decided to stop postponing my dream of travelling the world and hit the road with my backpack to see life from different perspectives. It's been 8 months and 8 experiences with Worlpackers so far - and still counting! What moves me is the thrill of the unknown and the possibilities that I encounter during my travels. I would love to help you and inspire you to start your own journey as well, so send me a message if you think I can help!
Before leaving Brazil I had been taking undergraduate studies in Marketing and Advertising. I also have a vocational degree in Visual Communication. One of my goals with this trip is to visit new places where I can possibly continue my studies while still meeting inspiring people.
Esperienza lavorativa
I have experience working with advertising and design, both at agencies and as a freelancer. Just before leaving Brazil, I worked as an English teacher at a language school and remotely with customer service for US-based company. Also, have just finished a three-month work experience at the Walt Disney Complex in Orlando, which was great way to learn more about the world of tourism and hospitality.
Esperienza di viaggio
Before Worldpackers I had already been to the US, Costa Rica, Peru and Colombia. My first major travel was to Costa Rica, where I volunteered as an English teacher in local charity institutions. That experience inspired me to do another social volunteering program in Peru in the following year.
I am currently travelling in Europe with a friend. We have been traveling for 7 months and volunteered as worldpackers in 7 places in 7 different countries, and we have no idea when this journey will end!
