We have several cozy places for you to stay during your experience. In town, our charming jungle lodge is clean and welcoming, crafted from cement and wood. It boasts a lovely garden space, a terrace, and a rooftop with hammocks—perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. Located near the town market, this lodge offers shared bathrooms with sit-down toilets, hot showers during specific times, and Wi-Fi available for part of the day. The dorms accommodate up to 4 travelers per room, and you’ll either stay in an exclusive building or with a local family.
For a more immersive experience, we offer a few rustic jungle accommodations surrounded by nature. One is located in a hummingbird park—it has Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, and hot showers, and can host up to 3 people. Another one, currently under construction and ready by June, is set inside the animal sanctuary and offers a fun jungle sleepover vibe. This one is more adventurous, with no Wi-Fi or hot showers, shared bathrooms, and space for up to 4 people. When possible, we rotate guests through these jungle cabins so everyone can enjoy a magical night listening to the sounds of the forest.
We sometimes stay at the town hostel depending on weather conditions and ongoing projects. It has shared bathrooms with sit-down toilets, showers, and Wi-Fi for part of the day. No matter where you're staying, you'll be close to your group, with 1 bathroom for every 4 travelers, laundry service available for around $4 per kilo (15 soles), and lots of comfy hammocks to unwind and enjoy the view.
For breakfast, we offer a variety of options, including cereals with coffee or juice, sandwiches with smoothies, or eggs with bread, fruit, and oatmeal drinks. Lunch usually consists of rice with vegetables and a protein, such as chicken, fish, eggs, or other meats, with similar veggie or vegan options available. Sometimes, the menu leans more towards pasta or potatoes. Dinner is either similar to breakfast or lunch.
Travelers also have the option to prepare their own meals, and we can buy ingredients together. Our meals are vegan-friendly, vegetarian-friendly, and lactose-free. If anyone has allergies, the cooks are informed and take special care to accommodate their needs.

Connecting knowledge globally and bolstering ecological projects in local villages is at the heart of this unique initiative. Our core mission is to champion sustainable alternatives to destructive agricultural practices and other activities that harm the rainforest and displace wild animal species. A key focus is raising awareness about animal trafficking and the illegal capture of tropical animals. Ultimately, we aim to establish a larger, better-funded animal sanctuary, offering enhanced medical care and improving the quality of existing local animal shelters and rescue centers.
Visitors are invited to experience the unparalleled biodiversity of the Peruvian Amazon jungle. This immersive journey allows you to directly contribute to the protection and care of the rainforest and its animals. You'll gain hands-on experience in tropical farming, explore lush botanical gardens, engage with the indigenous community, and become an integral part of vital conservation, animal care at the rescue center, and ecological projects.
Danny, your dedicated guide, will ensure a safe and seamless experience. Fluent in English, German, and Spanish, Danny handles all reservations, food, and transport, providing detailed information via WhatsApp before your arrival. This valley is truly something special. It boasts the highest biodiversity on the planet—no exaggeration! This exceptional richness is due to its unique location at a slightly higher elevation than the Amazon basin, nestled close to the Andean mountains. This means there is a harmonious blend of species from both mountainous and flatland jungle areas.
The climate here is perfectly balanced—not too cold, not too hot—making it a comfortable place to be year-round. The rivers are mostly crystalline, offering pristine water sources that are simply breathtaking. Plus, the diverse microclimates in the region mean there are endless possibilities for farming.
Visitors will experience the unparalleled natural beauty and ecological wonders of the valley. They will be part of a community dedicated to conservation and sustainable living, and will witness firsthand why this place is unmatched in its biodiversity and charm.
Our mission is to ensure healthy lives in dignity for rescue animals, with a focus on rewilding as many as possible. We aim to create a positive social impact through education about wildlife trafficking and related topics. By protecting existing rainforest areas and restoring lost forests, we raise awareness about conservation and sustainability. Our efforts also promote sustainable alternative income for local families, farmers, and everyone in our conservationist collective.
Additionally, we provide legal support and helping hands for all the projects of our indigenous community. This collaboration fosters a harmonious relationship between people, wildlife, and the environment. By empowering the local population, we help them live with and for the rainforest, ultimately benefiting the climate and the entire ecosystem. Together, we strive to build a future where nature and humanity thrive in balance.
By promoting sustainable income alternatives to harmful farming, hunting, and logging practices, as well as fostering biodiversity awareness and permaculture garden homes, we empower the local population to live in harmony with the rainforest. This approach enables us to rewild more animals, reduce rescue needs, strengthen the ecosystem, and support the local indigenous community's voices and decisions, ultimately benefiting the climate.
Travelers actively care for rescue animals by cleaning their spaces, creating enrichment, repairing facilities, spending quality time, providing light medical help, and feeding them healthy food. A community that values animal life also values the health of children and adults. Positive impacts on animals, like deparasiting street dogs, can improve the overall health and well-being of the community.
Travelers directly help to build the alternative income options. We build structures, stategies, gardens, buildings, paths, workshops and much more.
