Talking about the hostel is the same as talking about a big, amazing, and welcoming family. I learned a lot of new skills and made friends for a lifetime. I definitely going to miss this place and I look forward to come to voluntering again.

My experience was very positive, cheerful and friendly. The host Tadeu is a caring person who made me feel like part of the family. Very attentive and professional, he was always ready to meet my needs with a big smile on his face. The property is beautiful and history and nature are in the same place. This whole environment made my job easy and very pleasant. This was my first experience as a Worldpacker and without any doubt I started it on the right foot.

I am a Brazilian guy with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and a MBA in Tourism and Hospitality, also a Graduate School in Ecotourism. I am a professional photographer and divemaster with a great passion for nature and travel. I leaved in Maui, Hawaii for more them 4 years and my passion for nature it’s huge. Aloha!!!
I have a Bachelor degree in Tourism with a MBA in Tourism and Hospitality and a Graduate School in Ecotourism.
During 15 years of my life I was a Professor in Brazil where the main subject was Tourism and Hospitality, Environment Protection, Administration and Sales, Workplace safety, First Aids.
As a photographer I have 16 years of experience in Landscape and Underwater photography. My passion for the water and the environment made me want to learn more about it, so, in 2009, I became a Cave Diver and, in 2010, a Divemaster and an Advanced EANx Diver. I spent years diving in lakes, rivers and oceans. Along with my love for the water I also have a great passion for Landscape Photography.
Being in touch with the nature and traveling around the world has always been my passion since I was a child and being able to combine these two passions and explore the world of the photography with it, makes me fell fulfilled.

I started traveling very early when I was a kid fishing with my dad. I got to know many different areas in Brazil.
After I completed my Bachelor of Tourism, I started to explore Brazil even more. I went to the North of the country (Recife) where I took the Divemaster and Technical Diver course. Always with a camera in my hands.
In the southeastern region of Brazil I did my Cave Diver Courses.
In 2016 I traveled to Costa Rica to photograph and also have fun staying there for ten days.
In April 2017 I went to live in Maui, Hawaii, United States. There I started working as a professional photographer getting the green card (Permanent Resident Alien). but in April because the Covid 19 pandemic I had to return to Brazil where I am a living today.
When I lived in the United States, I visited the different islands of Hawaii and also traveled to Arizona and Oregon. At that time I was always photographing, having fun and meeting new people and new places.
