First, head to Oriente Station in Lisbon (by metro, taxi, or bus), then take a bus with Rede Expressos, which operates two buses per day on this route, departing at 13h or 19h. The bus journey takes around 3-4 hours. Upon arrival in Nisa, you will be picked up by a representative.
We wanted to go back to the countryside to reconnect with Nature and our true Nature by growing our own organic food and building our natural structures, creating events like eco-retreats, agro-forest courses and sustainable vacations. That's how Tribodar was created - an eco-project with the focus of caring for people and Mother Earth.
This retreat is located near Nisa, a very peaceful area full of olive trees in Alentejo, Portugal.
In Nisa, you'll be able to meet some Portuguese history by visiting the city museums, historic buildings and old ruins, and you can get some taste of the traditional Portuguese cuisine in the cafes and restaurants - also known as "tavernas".
During your free time, you'll also be able to connect with your fellow travelers, take walks towards the river, take some time alone to read and meditate, or watch movies and documentaries :)
Tribodar has two main pillars of impact:
- Taking care of people by promoting yoga, meditation, sound journey, dance, ceremonies and sharing circles;
- Taking care of Mother Earth by guaranteeing and sharing knowledge about soil regenerative and agro-forest techniques.
Yoga, meditation, awareness and breathing are practices that create a Ripple effect, spreading the benefits to our loved ones and to the planet.
Building environmental-friendly infrastructures and positive techniques to grow and harvest our own food, our project helps biodiversity and life on land.
At Tribodar, you'll learn some simple, natural and effective techniques to grow your own food, which are shared and exchanged among other communities.
